We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

The Space:
Unit #21 @ 1666 Detroit St is a 500 sqft 1BR on the second floor with great natural light from the large windows in all rooms. Work from home using the workstation in the den while enjoying the Denver skyline and mountain views out your window. Enjoy a morning walk or jog around the lake at City Park right across the street and grill out in our sideyard!

* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: 5 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 15 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO

Guest Access:
FREE STREET PARKING: On our immediate block, it's limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. Apply for a 90 day parking pass to park in the 2 hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions.
GARAGE PARKING: $150/mo
DEDICATED OFF STREET UNCOVERED PARKING: $100/mo
Our paid parking spots are first come first serve. Please reach out to us to inquire about availability.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
