everything worked out, the only issue was the washing machine control was broken, Emanuela sent a repairman over to fix it. the panaderia 4 minutes away had the freshest bread, right out of the oven

We love to breeze house

Everything here was perfect as advertised and a beautiful place to stay. The pool was welcoming, the beach is gorgeous, and the house is very very comfortable homey and cozy we definitely will return again. The owner was most accommodating and kept in constant communication. thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation

The best morning views

The place is great to spent time with your family and friends. Two rooms, everything you need to spend a great time. The pool is awesome and the morning views are priceless.

Peace and Quiet

This home is located just outside of town on a quiet street with beautiful views. The bedrooms were large as was the living room and kitchen. It was the perfect quiet space we were looking for.

Breezy and Beautiful Scenery

Great location and beautiful view. The home is very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Absolutely perfect and worth the stay. You literally feel right at home. Can't wait to book again!

Perfect Month Long Stay!

My family and I have been coming to Rincon for 6 years for a month each winter and we loved staying at Breeze House this year. It was perfect for us and our two kids, ages 5 and 7 years old. The bedrooms are bigger than the pictures make them out to be and the bathrooms are both a nice size too. Everything was super clean and we felt at home in Cruces, the neighborhood in the hills where the house is located. For this price, it is just a great choice in Rincon. We will be booking it for 2018!

Perfect. Absolutely perfect!!

We had the time of our lives as first timers to PR. Julio met us downtown Rincon and personally drove us to the house and made sure we were settled in and answered all questions for us. The prep before hand was amazing. The home homer and local manager of the house were in constant Contact to ensure that all of our questions were answered and we all info to we needed to have a magical stay. The house was spotless and needs were very comfortable. The pool was clean and so fun. It is a great location, as we had our child with us, super close to everything beach and food related, yet far enough away from noise and traffic. The price for our stay was unbeatable and worth every penny. I would recommend this home without a doubt for anyone traveling into Rincon. Thank you so much. We are already planning our return. Leave the light on for us. ??

Breeze house - Great stay

Getting to the house is a bit daunting with the narrow up & down roads, but well worth it. First time takes a bit of time, after awhile the trip into town takes about 15 mins. The house itself has a wonderful view. Beaches in the area very nice. The house is clean, roomy and very well furnished. The manager, Julio, was a big help in getting the cable hooked up and the Wi-Fi password. Would have enjoyed the pool but it had some mechanical problems which were not fixed until the day before we left. Not a big deal as we hit the beaches every day. Would go back.

Love this place

Mountain Top View , Me and my family loved staying at the Breeze House ,The house was Beautiful and Big Enough, we enjoyed the pool and BBQ in the yard with the Beautiful View, The Manager Roberto Martinez was very nice and helped us with any questions we had ,The Owner Emanuela was very nice and was always making sure we we're Ok ,I'm planning on Making another visit next year and I we'll definitely contact Emanuela again ,Everything was clean bathrooms,Kitchen,Bedrooms ,Loved it 1000% I recommend this house to anyone who's looking for a place to stay You won't regret it .

Perfect Get Away!

This house was the perfect rental. The most beautiful scenery to wake up to. Very quiet. Peaceful. The house already had everything I needed. The rental was spacious, clean and has A.C.. beautifully decorated. After a long day at the beach...a pool. The pool was awesome. Felt like swimming on the edge of a cliff. Neighbors were super awesome. Really cool people. I loved the patio. Nice area and only minutes from places to eat and drink. I will be recommending and most likely to return less than a year. Renter was quick to reply which was awesome. I wished they had black out curtains...but on the flip side not having dark curtains made me get up early and get out and about! Lol thanks!

Nice

Mountain top view. Quiet. Spacious. Clean apartment. The pool had goggles and towels spread around that did not belong to us so we didnt get to use the pool because we felt it was weird and it could use some cleaning or painting? Im not sure. Besides that i really enjoyed BBQ in the yard with the view, The man who administers the propety was cery attentive and nice, always answers his phone and is there for whatever you need to know and need. We really enjoyed staying here, we really needed a quiet escape and we got it

Amazing

An overall great stay, fully equiped, they are working on some touch up, but amazing place, great place, close to everything and very private. We had an amazing time, close to beaches and supermarkets. Manager was of great help, was ver helpful thru everything, also great view of the mountain and very lovely amenities.
