Quiet, primo location!!

Jaime was super attentive and check in was so easy - the apartment was located in a quiet part of town, so close to Carmen (our favorite restaurant of the trip)

Experience of a lifetime!

Our entire experience in Cartegena was absolutely one to be remembered! Not only did we love (!) the city, but Jaime provided a great deal of very helpful information and ideas for our trip which was very welcome. Jaime’s apartment was situated in a fantastic part of town and the apartment itself was a perfect as were the doormen and the staff at Elias. We had the most amazing experience in Cartegena and would definitely rate our entire experience a10/10!

Well-located, sleek contemporary apartment in Cartagena!

This apartment was the perfect find for my first time in Columbia. It is tastefully designed, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There was ample space throughout the apartment. The location was the best within the walls of Cartagena. Plenty of retail, restaurants and shops for any traveler. Finally, Jaime our host was very responsive in prepping us for all stay, providing numerous excursion options. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Cartagena!

Family vacation

Our first time using VRBO. Excellent choice. Property is on a square so you are right in the action with restaurants and live music performances. Only drawback is on Saturday night since music does not end till 3am. Overall, an excellent choice.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of El Centro!

My 2 friends and I stayed here for 7 nights and it was a perfect setup for us. The apartment had everything we needed and the amenities (pool and rooftop) were stunning. The location of the apartment made this place especially spectacular because we were literally walking distance to everything. Jeyson and Pedro who work the front desk were so amazing and made us feel incredibly safe during our stay. We can’t wait to be back and stay here again.

fabulous apartment

We loved Jaime's apartment -- quiet, 24-hour doorman, located in the ideal location in the old city. Museums, walks along the ancient wall and the best restaurants are only minutes away by foot (and some of our faves only a half-block away!). Jaime was extremely responsive and helpful with excellent recommendations, including an amazing day trip to the aviary and a gorgeous place to have lunch at the beach nearby. The rooftop terrace was our oasis for unwinding late afternoon and watching the sun set.

Exceptional place

I recently stayed at the apartment and had a fantastic experience! The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Jaime and the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Comfort, Convenience, and Charm – 5 Stars!

We visited for my daughter's 30th birthday and had a phenomenal time enhanced by the location where we stayed. This place is convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The property manager was an added value as he was so helpful and kind. There was an issue with an appliance, but the owner attended to it very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Amazing place

The place was amazing! Ac was perfect in the heat!! Only issue we had was the hot water heater had to be played with to get hot showers. It also work after about 5 minutes of turn on and off!

Terrific Stay in Cartagena

This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities you could want. The host is extremely responsive and the unit is ideally located in the Old City. There are dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Great location in the Old Walled City

We were on a combined work/pleasure trip and this apartment was perfect for us. It was right in the heart of the Old Walled City, just steps from restaurants, shops, etc. It was spacious and had good WiFi and even a desk to work at. The building has a pool you can use, and the kitchen is well-supplied. We arrived very late and left very early, and there was no problem with checking in and out. The host left a binder with lots of useful information, which is always appreciated. Would definitely stay again

Nice place to stay

Good location. We stayed for 4 days. There were 4 of us (2 couples). Good:The kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioner worked well. Very nice hot tub on the roof. Easy check-in, check-out. Bad: No door to second bedroom(just a curtain).Problems with hot water. No windows in living room.

Location, Location, Location!

It's all about the location, and this place is absolutely perfect. Dozens of great restaurants within a few min walk! So much to do within walking distance as well including historical locations, shopping, and the other parts of the city. The apt is clean and well-furnished. The rooftop is where we hung-out as it's incredible. Jamie is very attentive, even to small issues.

Great Apartment & Overall Experience

Had a wonderful stay in Jaime's apartment. It was myself and my boyfriend in the master and our 2 friends in the other bedroom, we fit perfectly. Location is excellent, close to shops and great restaurants. We loved the rooftop for a quick drink before dinner. Jaime was great, super responsive and helpful. Overall seamless experience. We spent two fabulous weeks here. Listing & pics accurately reflect the property. Decent beds, great air conditioning to cool of after a hot & happy wonder around the walled city. Entire suite & building exceptionally well renovated. Hot water, consistent power. Quiet bedrooms for sleeping. Mostly an interior unit, but just step outside to great restaurants nearby. Try Tomillos just around the corner - fabulous. Property owner very responsive. Property owner provides excellent directions for location in order to check in, as well as general info on unit, building & neighborhood. No basics in kitchen but grocery store close by. Although we usually enjoy our own meals when traveling, we gravitated to nearby restaurants. You can’t go wrong booking this fabulous 2-bedroom condo.

Location Location Location

Four adults stayed for six nights in this two bedroom condo and the nice part was that each bedroom had their own separate full bathroom. It was more than enough room. The suite is very clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals. There is also laundry facilities in the suite which was very handy. The locations of the condo was perfect, and the rooftop sitting area was a bonus. Really enjoyed having the rooftop to regroup after a day of wandering the streets and shopping and eating. The location was in the heart of the Old City. As soon as the concierge opened the door for you you where literally steps from restaurants and shopping. It is walking distance to Getsemani, but the condo is where everything is at, yet it was quiet once you were inside the condo. There is a large grocery store a couple of short blocks away for your wine, beer and snacks so you can take it up to the rooftop torelax and enjoy the view and ocean. Jaime is an excellent host, he was quick to answer questions and made some invaluable recommendations. We felt very comfortable in this condo as if we lived there. Thanks again Jaime, we bought the rum and emeralds from Elio.

I Loved This Vacation!

I love Cartagena, I love the San Diego area, and I love this apartment! We have just returned from a "dream" vacation (and we travel a lot) to Cartagena. Cartagena is a jewel. The old city architecture, complete with the Moorish influences of indoor courtyards, reminds me of Granada, Spain. The beautiful plazas are so easily walkable-and this apartment is in the very best part of the old walled city. And-Cartagena is a lot closer than Spain, and more affordable. This two bedroom, two bath apartment is decorated with simple elegance-very tasteful. It has a beautiful kitchen (which we really didn't use because of the great restaurants) and everything is very handy. The apartment is a quiet oasis in the midst of so much! Doormen were available around the clock. It is about a block from Plaza San Diego-which has SEVERAL of my all time favorite restaurants. ( Unbelievably, two people can have a really nice dinner with drinks for around $60 US) Another thing that made this experience unique was the owner's attention to detail. He wasn't just an "owner"- more like a tour guide, friend. He provided a plethora of information before our trip. The apartment also has a book with instructions and suggestions. He texted twice during our stay to "check in" and offer some other recommendations. We felt as though the owners genuinely wanted us to have a good time. This was hospitality at its best!

Wonderful peaceful spot in the walled city

Immaculate, peaceful spot in the city center. We enjoyed being there so much and highly recommend. Kitchen was great for DIY breakfasts, the building is safe, quiet and attended 24 hrs. The roofdeck and pools are gorgeous. And the apt was close and walkable to everything within the Walled City. Our host was excellent and responsive, with great suggestions, and even got back to us immediately with a recommended clinic when one of our group needed emergency medical care.

Cartegna Holiday

Jamie was a wonderful host who provided accurate photos and information regarding location, airport transfer and travel as well as things to do in the walled city. The apartment was accurately shown in photos with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pools were perfect during mid day siesta time to get some sun, enjoy the ocean breeze and to watch the afternoon storms come in. A great apartment to meet family and have your own space. Would highly recommend!
