Vårt vackra hem ligger vid VATTENPUNKT 1, det är en 3-bädds rm med 2 fulla bad. Den stora 16 "balkongen har en direkt utsikt över havet. Vårt hem har totalrenoverats med ett nytt kök och apparater. Den inkluderar tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och helt nya hickory-skåp med nya bänkskivor, även ett vin- och barområde, öppen spis, platt-TV,
1. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, utsikt över stranden, platt-TV och privat badrum.
2. Queen size-säng ligger i 2: a gästrummet med en platt-TV.
3. Våningssängar med en rulla i det tredje sovrummet och en platt-TV.
Lägenheten sover 7 bekvämt, det är smakfullt inredda med alla helt nya möbler. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar gratis höghastighetsinternet, gratis parkering, inomhuspool, utomhuspool och bubbelpool. Had a great week and a wonder stay at the Cimfo!

Had a great time with no problems. I wish the 3rd bedroom had a larger bed but I guess mostly families stay there. We had three adults so I was not comfortable for one of us.

Haven't been able to take a vacation in so long and I must say, we picked a great location. This place is in the perfect spot.Nothing like waking up to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to the waves. Great vacation and went by too fast.

Perfect for families

Waterpointe 1 is an overall great family location. Wayne was super responsive and communicative! The condo is very clean and updated. He stays on site at another condo so if you need anything he is right there. The indoor and outdoor pool are great options for littles when the beach becomes too much. So much to do and right across from Barefoot Landing you really can’t beat the location. Overall a great experience and cannot wait to come back! Thank you Wayne and family for accommodating us!

Family Vacation

Great views and location. The condo is nice and cozy especially for a family vacation. The beach isn’t overly crowded and the pools give nice alternatives for all ages. We will definitely be coming back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay.

You probably can't find better for your buck for the space you get at Waynes place. Love the lights in the fireplace it was a nice touch. I would stay here again its in a nice location and the walls aren't thin. Peaceful way to beach.

Fantastic Condo!

The place is more like a home than a hotel!

The place was very nice with lots of amenities. Things like extra hangers and sissies are such a nice touch. The people in the building were very nice! The rooms were good size and very clean. The view is perfect!

Great location and a great condo

Nice clean condo with the perfect location right on the beach. Everything you need is equipped with this stay. We had an issue when we arrived but Wayne cleared it up immediately and to our satisfaction.

50th Birthday Trip

This is the third time of staying in one of Wayne's condo's and it was just as excellent as both of the other stays. When we first walked in it was instant relaxation. The condo is beautiful and has everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you, as always, Wayne for allowing us to share your beautiful home. This was by far my best birthday ever!

Several pools to choose from, the out side pool , heated inside pool, Hot tub and a 1 ft kids play pool. 2 nice barbeque areas, with pick nick tables and corn hole. Shopping, dinning and shows with in walking distance, Barefoot landing only 2 blocks away.
