The villa is one of 3 cookie cutters villas right next to each other. It was an overall pleasant stay. The house staff was very attentive and easily available through WhatsApp. The house is only equipped with a stovetop, no microwave or oven, so not ideal for a private chef. The options for food are only via delivery from restaurants in the area. No food or cooking is included, everything must be purchased or done by you. We purchased food through the Grab app for delivery if we didn't want to walk to 50-100m to a restaurant down the street. The villa is walking distance to almost everything. Great location!We didn't receive a local phone but also didn't need it. International phone plans worked great. Sim cards outside the airport are cheap.The pool was clean and manager allowed pool decorations which was appreciated. The pool light in villa 1 didn't work, so no night swimming, and the tiles were coming up, which the staff warned us to be careful when swimming. All in all, it did the job and was refreshing on a hot day.The open kitchen/ lounge area is a nice concept but has no breeze so hot. You're in the open so little critters will visit every so often, but nature takes care of itself. We just needed mosquito repellent which we bought from the store down the street.The property manager was hard to get a hold of with VRBO but once your at the villa Rina will take care of you. Overall, good stay.
