Come be some of the very first guests to stay at this new construction Creekside cottage. Nestled in the bend of the French Broad River, Pollard Place is a peaceful waterfront retreat nestled in the convenient location of Kodak, TN. This amazing cottage is perfect for the travelers that want to be close to all the biggest locations in the Smoky Mountains, while keeping their stay as peaceful as possible. Tucked away from all the busy traffic and road noise, you can sit on the brand-new back deck to enjoy your morning coffee or relax Creekside in the hot tub. This amazing location puts you a short drive away from Sevierville, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Youâll be mere minutes from the Worldâs Largest Buc-eeâs, the Smokies Stadium, the new Gateway to The Smokies, and more. Come rest, relax, and adventure with us at Pollard Place.
