The condo was clean upon arrival. The bed had a cute little towel decoration on it. I do wish there were a few more towels though. But the stay was great. It had all day security monitoring the property, so we felt safe. Would definitely stay there again.

We had terrible experience with the gate worker at check in. She was very rude. I had all my check in information from my host. She claimed all the information I had was not correct. The check in gate process took 45 minutes!!! She unprofessial and finally found my name and let us in. I booked and paid for the trip.. Other than that the place was wonderful. I do not want others to have to go through what I had to go through to enter the property. The worker worked the early morning shift on Wednesday morning.

This is a cozy apartment, perfect for 2, just on the other side of the strip. Gated complex with 2 pools (one seemed to have a bit of a bee infestation that management didn't seem to address even after reporting it). This wasn't an issue since they seemed to keep to themselves and there was an entirely other pool and we saw people seemed to continue to use it without problem. Good fitness center open 24/7. Nicely stocked kitchen, with not 1 but 2 kettles (regular and electric), that as tea drinkers we appreciated. Having a washer and dryer was handy as well. Was also nice to see a whole bunch of silverware, instead of 2-4 of each item that some properties keep that means you are constantly having to wash them. There are a bunch of places to eat within easy walking distance at the Rio, Gold Coast and a handful of stand alone establishments on the corner. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Okej

Our trip started off a little rough because when we arrived late at night, the room unfortunately had not been cleaned yet as it had been forgotten. We ended up waiting outside for about 2 hours while it was cleaned, which definitely wasn’t ideal after traveling. That being said, the cleaners were extremely kind and worked quickly, and the host was accommodating throughout the situation. We were a bit frustrated that only a small fraction of what we paid was refunded given the inconvenience, but aside from that, the rest of the stay was good overall. The house itself was a decent place to stay and the location was a huge plus, definitely not walkable to the Strip, but super close and convenient for anyone planning to go there regularly. There were also 2 pool locations within the property, which was super nice, and the property felt very safe since there was a security guard walking around throughout the night.
