Clean space great quite neighborhood. We enjoyed out stay, TV's are small and the internet was spotty at times, overall it was a great place that I would stay at again.

Very nice property. However, listing was inaccurate. At the time of booking and even at the time of writing this review, the listing says events are allowed. This is not true, and it caused issues with my stay. Luckily the host understood that they had made the error and we were able to compromise in the moment, but it's concerning that the information still hasn't been updated.

Beautiful views

Lovely property in the Catalina foothills. All of the homes had beautiful gardens and there was easy access to Tucson proper. We enjoyed ourselves.

Golf and Dining were great.

Great location for house. Great response from the host when needed. Easy check-in. Lots of storage in the house. Very small tv's in the house and only streaming services were available (no local channels).

The Mountains

The view from the patio is everything that is promised. Watching the mountains change as the day unfolds was delightful. The house is spacious, clean, and well laid out. We liked the location in terms of accessing activities we enjoy, and Tucson is an easy city to navigate. The kitchen is amply equipped, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions and/or requests.

The house was not as clean as it should have been. Floors and throw rugs were dirty, nightstand was dusty, and washcloths and the bathroom counter had brown substance on them. The house smelled musty especially in the bathrooms. We vacuumed the floors and cleaned stuff off the walls and counter for at least a half hour. Also the baseboards in the bathroom were covered with dirt and hair. It should have been much cleaner for what we paid to stay there.

Beautiful house

The good :The house is beautiful and it's a safe neighborhood. The bad: the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The one in the master has a huge dip that you roll into. The 2nd bedroom, that matress feels like they forgot the mattress and you are laying on the boxspring.

Clean Home, Poor Communication – Full Deposit Lost Over Pet

We chose this property because it was listed as pet-friendly and brought along our small, five-pound dog. Nowhere on the listing did it say we had to notify the host in advance about bringing a pet, so we didn’t think it was necessary. Unfortunately, after our stay, we were charged the full 350 deposit without warning.The host claimed there was a pet urine spot on the carpet that required professional cleaning. Whether that’s true or not, it’s hard to believe that such a tiny dog could cause that level of damage. We offered to cover any actual cleaning costs, but they stopped responding entirely—no explanation, no breakdown, just kept the full deposit.Given that it was only a three-night stay, the 350 loss felt especially significant and disproportionate. The property itself was clean and in a nice area, but the lack of clear communication and fairness around the deposit was really frustrating. We won’t be staying here again, and I’d caution others to read between the lines before booking.
