Lägenheten ligger i ett vackert restaurerat 1921 Landmark hotell som består av två byggnader, det är hem för 38 bostäder med säker tillgång.
Lägenheten har stora fönster, ekta ekta trägolv, bänkskivor i granit, uppdaterade armaturer, apparater och en lyxig känsla i centrum! Rymlig 800 kvm ft med en kvalitet modern blandning av inredning i en vintage bakgrund.

En modern rymlig lägenhet med gott om utrymme för arbete, vila och lek. I den livligaste stadsdelen inom gångavstånd till affärer, trendiga restauranger, pubar och nöjen. Lägenheten ligger i ett vackert restaurerat 1921 landmärke.

Rymlig sover två med 1 queen size-säng i sovrummet, ett vintage inspirerat badrum med duschkabin. (en airbed kan tillhandahållas mot en extra avgift).

Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar en combo tvättmaskin / torktumlare, stor walk in closet, hiss tillgång, gated och täckt parkering. En tvättstuga och gym finns tillgängligt utanför lobbyn.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this lovely little apartment. It was within walking distance to downtown and the Memorial Museum. It was in a quiet area and was well stocked.

Great stay

Nice roomy apartment. Once you navigate the locked gates and doors, if is very easy to get into and out of the building. The gated, covered, lighted parking area was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Extended stay in Midtown OKC

We were moving from out of state and had a little more than a month between selling our home and for our new home to be ready. We decided to spend this time having an adventure in a trendy urban area of OKC. The apartment is conveniently located to lots of restaurants, bars and activities. We appreciated the king bed (it said queen on the listing)! Thanks for making our transition home easier!

Great OKC location

We so enjoyed our Midtown stay. The unit was just terrific fo us.

The process went smoothly. If you read directions carefully, parking is easy. We also enjoyed the street car and local restaurants.

Comfortable weekend stay

The apartment is very comfortable and roomy for two people. The bath and kitchen renovations are very up to date for a 100 year old building. It was nice having cover and secure parking since we brought our bicycles.

This was an outstanding stay. It has everything described and was local to everything I wanted access to. A lot happening culturally during my stay with regard to arts interest, so that added to the attraction of this apartment. I would say my only disappointment was my view of the roof top instead of the street below. However, I didn't spend much time watching this area from the window and was constantly out and about, so it was fine.

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This building had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years when we bought this building at a sheriff sale in 1997. Midtown was a blighted desolate area of Oklahoma City and all the bankers had red lined the area for investment.
It took many years to put together financing and the Historic tax credits were of major benefit to restoring this beautiful building. It reopened in 2007 and was a major kickstarter to the vitality and the further investment of the Midtown Renaissance.
