We typically stay with friends when we visit Downtown Durham but they had a full house and this was a fantastic option. Clean, convenient, easy check in.Great communication with the owner.

Just what I was looking for.

In town for a wedding. Orange worked out perfectly. Near all the festivities. Very comfortable little apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Durham Getaway

Great spot that was right in the heart of everything. The space is very bright and spacious for a studio, and had all the necessary amenities. If there’s a drawback, it’s the bar upstairs. A little noisy till 2:30 in the morning, but we’re old. Kids and younger folks would love it. Alva was really helpful and kind. Will definitely stay there again, just not on a weekend given the noise level

Enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The location was great and the host was up front about the nightclub next door so the only noise that bothered us were a few early morning city trucks. Parking garage across the street was convenient and we were able to walk to many shops, restaurants, and the farmer's market. Would recommend and would come back!
