We had such a lovely stay at this home in Lorneville. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The location was absolutely amazing and really helped make our visit special. We were in town celebrating a family milestone birthday, and having such a welcoming and relaxing place to stay made the experience even more memorable. It was the perfect spot to spend time together, unwind, and enjoy our time in New Brunswick. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. The house had everything and more. Every little detail is well thought out. The location is amazing. We were 1 hour away from St.Andrews for our whale watching tour and 15 minutes to beautiful black beach. The views from the back deck are really beautiful. We watched the sun rise and a got to see the most spectacular meteor shower. 10/10

When I booked, it was disclosed to me there was a tenant living in the basement which I didn’t think would be a big deal. Turns out we could hear them much more than anticipated. The neighborhood is tucked away by an industrial area so the grocery store, restaurants, etc are 10-20 mins away besides a gas station. There were 3 bedrooms but one didn’t have an ac unit in it. Nice outdoor area to grill and sit outside and enjoy the water view. Easy check in and check out. Overall it worked for our 2 nights but not overwhelmed by it.

Sorry your experience was not perfect. Lorneville is a village that happens to be part of Saint John and being so small does not warrant a local grocery store. Most of our guests appreciate the seclusion. The basement unit will become additional space for a large home that will accommodate over 16 guests for next year. We have never had a complaint of the guests in the basement before. Safe travels.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property owners are amazing and went above and beyond all of us staying in the home while we were visiting family! The renters in the basement were kind and respectful and we were a big bunch in the home. The location is perfect and the views unbelievable, can’t wait to come again!!
