Denna moderna villa byggdes 2015 med golvvärme, luftkonditionering, centraliserat slutaranläggning, larm, centraliserad aspirator, all modern kökutrustning (kylskåp, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, induktion kokplatta, ugn och mikrovågsugn), öppen spis, wifi och kabel-TV med nästan 100 TV-kanaler.

Ruhiger Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Pascale, die Vermieterin, kümmert sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Bei Fragen ist sie immer erreichbar und informiert ihre Mieter umgehend. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Golf-Resorts. Manchmal fliegen einem die Golfbälle auf der Terrasse um die Ohren- da muss man aufpassen! Haus und Grundstück sind gepflegt und sauber. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir würden das Objekt wieder mieten!

Very comfortable villa

Excellent villa for a family or couples vacation. Three comfortable bedrooms, all en-suite. The villa was very fresh and clean at our arrival. Located in a relaxing and quiet area with a beautiful golf course and distant mountain view. Nice and spacious terraces and pool areas. Car needed for visits at restaurants and beaches.

Perfect place

In a word, fantastic! The house is beautifully finished with quality materials. All rooms have air conditioning, which makes the stay very pleasant in these hot days. In the morning you can have breakfast with a view of hole 10 of the Valle da Pinta golf course, where the first golfers pass by in the morning. The location is perfect several cozy places to eat out or shop within 10 minutes drive. The adjacent golf courses are one of the most beautiful courses where you, as a tenant of the house, can walk 2 people and a buggy for € 110 eur 18 holes at a reduced rate. Also a beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool. We were very afraid of corona as we traveled with grandma, this was completely unjustified, in Portugal they follow the rules very well. Really a top address for a very nice (dream) holiday!

Eye catching

This Villa is so nice we had passing Golfers stop and come over to have a closer look. Beautifully modern and homely decor, very clean and within 5 minutes drive to town centre, Water park , Club house and supermarket. Can find no fault in this Villa, perfect for me (aged 56) and my Grandson (aged 5). Pascale is so helpful, she would arrange the weather for you if she could. FIVE Star. Summer visit to beatuful Algarve

Very nice Vila in great resort with beautiful views and a lot of natural light. Quite modern minimalistic design language we love. Pool was very clean but not heated which did not matter at all during the worm week we stayed at this properly. Quite a few options for groceries in short driving distance and a Jumbo supermarket within walking distance (15 minutes or so). Communications with owner were great. We got answers to all questions and addressed all our concerns promptly. Already planning a trip for next year. Thank you!

A nice Villa but needs to be looked after

The villa is nice and provides for six peoples to stay. The beds are relatively small (160x200). There is hardly enough plates, glasses or cutlery. So one has to do the washing every day. Not enough furniture for the garden or balkony or in the rooms. No parasol to protect from the sun. It would be a great place to spend the hollidays but it needs some investment.

Beautiful modern Villa !

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks in June. The Villa is simply stunning, with all the amenities you would require for your stay. It sleeps 6 and has plenty of linen, towels, etc. All the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and all fully air conditioned. They also have plenty of storage space. The pool is a fantastic size and the views over the course and surrounding area are lovely. The Villa has satellite TV with sky sports and most British viewing channels also. It is situated just to the left of the 10th green on the Vale da pinta golf course, with the neighbouring Gramacho course a short distance up the hill. The Pinta club house is a 2 minute walk away and a nice place to go for lunch or a quiet drink. The local Jumbo supermarket is a short drive down the road which is ideal. The Slide and Splash waterpark is literally 2 minutes away from the Villa also. Carvoeiro is a 10 minute drive away with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely wee beach with various water activities to choose from. I would personally recommend visiting the caves on the boat as that was a great tour. We were sad to leave and are already planning a return trip next year if possible!!

Une très belle villa dans une zone très calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La zone est très verte et très calme : vous êtes presque sur le parcours de golf (une vingtaine de mètres). La villa est très bien équipée et les matériaux et les finitions sont de très bon niveau. Le seul inconfort a été les travaux des villas qui continuent à se construire un peu plus haut dans la rue (la villa est quasi neuve) et le fait que les magasins sont un peu loin. Mais au-delà de cela, les photos, la piscine et la description générale correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. Nous avons fait un très reposant et agréable séjour !

Two week stay

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in February at the Villa. It is not just comfortable throughout but also beautiful, the Villa décor is of a very high standard with all the latest mod-cons. The Villa is located next to the 10th green of the Pinta Golf course with only a very short walk to the club house itself, it is also a short walk to the Gramacho Golf course. We played on both courses during our stay. Supermarkets as well as all local amenities are only a short distance away. The Villa was spotless, very clean with all the luxuries you would want on a holiday, much better than hotel living, we are already looking at our next trip.

I am a 47 year old widow, living in Luxembourg and working in Switzerland as engineer.
My husband and I decided to purchase a plot to build this villa in August 2013 for our retirement with the purpose to rent it for a couple of years and move into this villa at retirement. Unfortunately, my husband died from a diving accident in Algarve in September 2014. The construction was not started yet and I decided to pursue the project alone and build the house as we designed it together - keeping the same objectives in mind.

Varför värden valde detta boende

What I like in Portugal .... Portuguese are very nice people, food is great with Atlantic fish and if you are a wine amateur, you can have a great experience with Portuguese wines.
If you are a golfer, Algarve offers a suited climate for this sport - minimum temperatures around 16°C in January, summer temperatures remain acceptable with often some wind to cool the air off. Rain is rare.
You have also very nice walks and bike routes in Algarve countryside. And nautic sports with a specific focus on surf sports in Alvor and along the Vincentine Coast.
Algarve is a location not crowded at peak holidays periods. You will not spend time queueing on roads, shops, restaurants in peak periods.
