Vi köpte detta hus 2014. Vi ombyggde hela huset med en mycket modern stil. TrÀ / kakel genom. GranitbÀnkskivor. Rostfria apparater. Krukmakeri ladugÄrdmöbler. Sinnesjuka bekvÀma madrasser i sovrummen. Stort utomhusdÀck med grill och sittplatser för 8. InhÀgnad i trÀdgÄrden. 1 kung, 1 drottning, 2 dubbla vÄningssÀngar och stor enkelsÀng för att sova. 1 och 1/2 badrum (2 inomhustoaletter). Stor utedusch. Samsung tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare med hög kapacitet. 3 stora platt-TV-apparater. Höghastighetsinternet. Hd direkt-tv (endast i huvudrummet). Alla TV-apparater Àr smarta TV-apparater och utrustade med Netflix, amazon & hulu. Blu-ray / DVD-spelare med varje TV. Nintendo Wii i vardagsrummet. GÄngavstÄnd till Delaware-bukten (5 kvarter). Vacker allmÀn pool bara 5 kvarter bort. 10 min bilresa till Atlanten (udde kan) och cirka 15 minuters bilresa till vild trÀ. 10 minuter frÄn Rio grande NJ dÀr det finns mÄnga restauranger, Walmart, Starbucks och en biograf.

Very easy check-in. The home was exactly as advertised. Clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed staying at the house & really appreciated the location. Quick drive to bay beach and pool both each with easy parking. Close proximity to grocery, ice cream & liquor stores as well. Well stocked house, backyard was nice & fenced in.

Great House by the Bay

Just a short walk from the bay and a few minutes drive from the beach! Perfect little getaway. Cute neighborhood, quiet porch and back yard! Lots of sleeping accommodations, fully stocked kitchen with lots of plates, cups, and cookware, washer/dryer, comfortable spaces to hang out both inside and outside. We had a great time!

Nous avons adorĂ© la place mais, nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  la noirceur et la lumiĂšre extĂ©rieur est cassĂ©e par chance j'avais une flashlight. Nous ne pouvions pas nous servir de la douche de la grande chambre, la porte n'ouvre pas. Nous avons dĂ» faire un mĂ©nage dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et le micro-onde et la poubelle Ă©tait infecte. Les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents ne l'avaient pas vidĂ©. À part cela c'Ă©tait formidable et nous la recommenderions quand mĂȘme. Nous la relouerions encore. Merci

Convenient located, walking distance to Bay beach

Clean, well-maintained property. Has all the basics you need, and great location for accessing Cape May and surrounding areas - you’re a ~10 minute drive to all the must-see places. Food shopping and restaurants are also very close by. Having linens included was especially convenient. The pots and pans could use updating and we couldn’t figure out the TVs in the bedrooms - but neither were major issues. The living area is fairly compact, but for two people it was great, and in nice weather there is a large, private backyard to use. Would stay here again.

The home was nice but be aware.

There was plenty of room for my family and I. I communicated with the host when I arrived and the check in was smooth. While my family and I was there we visited Alantic city and other stores in the area. The reason for the three stars is because after the stay about a month later the host messaged me about the way the property was left. The host stated there was pee in bottles and a few other things. While I was very appalled at 1. How the host decided to contact me after a month & 2. Because I know the place was left clean. The host then sent a cleaning denomination. My family and I booked for New Years and it's was 8 of us. Now some of you may think well it was New Years maybe it was left a mess but no. We even went to purchase additional products for the home such as tissue (scott), bleach, and dish liquid. I'm leaving this review to make you all aware take pictures before and after you arrived. My family and I booked during the winter time (the day we checked out it snowed in NJ) and I'm ASSUMING the host didn't have anyone to book the property after was searching for some additional funds if you know what I'm saying. None the less we appreciated the area and home but wouldn't recommend.

Weekend with grandkids

Communication with Adam was great! We enjoyed having 3 of our grandchildren ages 5, 2, and 2 along with another set of grandparents for a short getaway. The fenced in back yard and deck with seating for 8 was used a lot! Kitchen was well stocked, it was very nice that towels and linens were provided (although we didn’t find any washcloths). We walked to the bay for some fun every day , went mini golfing one evening and visited the close by Cape May County zoo and played at the fun playground there. Very much enjoyed our stay and apologize we forgot to run the dishwasher before we left.

Wonderful Vacation

A great house with a quiet neighborhood. Very centrally located to the Bay Beach and the North Cape May restaurants. It has a really nice fenced in yard with a great deck and a table that seats 8 for family dinners. The house is newly remodeled and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely book this house again! .

Great House, Great Location

The house was everything we were looking for, nice amenities and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to all of the hot spots. The owner was very easy to communicate with, we would definitely stay here again

Sweet Home in Sweet Area

The bay area of Cape May is a beautiful gem. The house is modern and renovated. The owner is very accommodating and was very responsive to a couple of minor issues upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment (there is not alot of storage for pantry goods.) The decor is updated, homey and comfortable. We had a wonderful week here.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at Adam's property. My family of four was visiting from NYC and we really enjoyed the residential feel of this home, including the lovely fenced-in backyard. Everything in the house was very comfortable, up-to-date, and clean. We enjoyed walking to the bay beach and found it easy to drive to the main Cape May beaches as well. Adam was responsive to our questions and overall this was a very positive stay.

BIrding Getaway

Yes, good place to stay. Bonus great king bed. For birding, the location is close enough to the hawk watch, the meadows, the villas, bay beaches e.t.c. Easy to pop back to the house if needed. I may have misread 2 bathrooms, thought they were both full but it is one and 1/2 bath which was fine and there is an outdoor shower for warm weather.
