Oceanfront 2nd Floor 3 Bedroom - Fall Sale

Välkommen till Pinnacle Port, ett lugnt litet hörn av världen med vackert vitsand och kristallklart vatten. Detta familjevänliga lägenhet i C-1 byggnad (mid-rise) ligger på 2: a våningen för enkel åtkomst till stranden och parkeringen ligger i en gated community med 24 timmars bevakning. Enheten uppdaterades 2017. Vardagsrummet har en HD-TV, Blue Ray-spelare och bäddsoffa. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, en platt-TV och havsutsikt. Det andra sovrummet har en säng rulla säng (twin, full, tvilling) med en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Det tredje sovrummet har en havsutsikt med en drottning säng och plattskärms-TV. Köket är fullt utrustat med granit och har nyligen uppdaterats. Enheten har en sjal runt balkong att fånga soluppgång till solnedgång. Den lägenhet har tre badrum, en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och Wi-Fi. Ingen rökning och inga husdjur är tillåtna. Hyresgäster måste vara 25 år eller äldre.

Pinnacle Port har mycket att erbjuda våra gäster. Det finns en utomhuspool och en inomhus / utomhus uppvärmd pool. Utomhussporter inkluderar fyra shuffleboard domstolar, fyra upplysta tennisbanor och en basketplan. Det finns grillplatser tillgängliga för dig med några picknickbord. Lovely condo

Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and being on 2nd floor so didn’t have to use elevator. Everything clean and pretty. Have always liked location of Pinnacle Port with access to PCB as well as 30A. Beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location

This 3 bedroom condo is in a fabulous location. Access to the beach is just a few feet away. Given the proximity to Camp Helen the beach was uncrowded and fun to explore.

Always a blast in Panama City

We enjoyed this space for several reasons: location, ocean views, accessibility to the beach, oversized balcony, and the complimentary rental chairs and umbrella each day. We had a lovely vacation and would definitely come back and stay here another time.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time this past week in this condo. The location and views were perfect! It has a fully stocked kitchen and all the “extras” to use on the beach. The owner responds to all questions very quickly and we had no problems what so ever. We hope to visit again next year!

Great stay at pinnacle port!

We really enjoyed our time at Carolyn’s place and will be back. The view is stunning. The unit had everything that we needed and was so convenient to the beach. Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30a and right at the end of back beach road and Hwy 98 allowing you convenient access to so much.The Publix is so close and it’s very easy to get around. We love it!

Best location on the beach!

Beautiful and quiet, yet close to everything you need. This condo is clean and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. This part of the beach is not crowded, so you can truly relax. The location near the inlet allowed us to kayak in the lake and right out into the ocean (rented from Coldwater Excursions)! The owner was very nice and provided all the info we needed for a great stay!

Family vacay

Neighborhood was beautiful. Condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was the floors could use a good cleaning. You could not go barefoot because your feet would be totally black on the bottom after 30 minutes. The stovetop could use a good cleaning also. Other than that everything was great

Wonderful Week!

This unit was perfect for our family vacation this year. The wrap-around balcony was spacious with two tables and 6 chairs there was room for us all. Perfect spot for morning coffee or a bite at lunch--feels like you're still sitting on the beach! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. Highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

Great Beach Stay

Third time at Pinnacle Port. This was the best unit. Second floor was great. Condo was exactly as advertised. Internet was so so if you don’t want to use the public Wi-Fi.

Wonderful beach retreat

This property was everything we needed for a family getaway to the beach. We felt safe going during a pandemic, there was plenty of room to spread out on the beach! The second floor corner location was so convenient to get in and out of the condo, we could be on the beach in 10 seconds from locking the door. We found the condo equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our meals in during our stay. We will definitely consider this property again when we return to PC Beach!

Cozy Condo

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for 10 years. It's a lovely, family friendly location with direct, HC Accessible beach access. Pinnacle Port is central to everything in Destin and Panama City Beach. This condo was clean and comfortable. The wrap around balcony is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching the waves or sitting out a storm. All the furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We hope to return next year!

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was as advertised. The beach is a very short walk. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early morning and late afternoons especially at sunset. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. It was nice having an umbrella and beach chairs setup on the beach for you. Being close to the elevator and stairs were convenient not only for beach access, but also for our check-in and departure. We will definitely rent again!
