We absolutely loved our stay at Ethyl’s Place! Deborah was a wonderful host, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The home was spotless, cozy, and full of charm, with so many thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the delicious snacks she left for us! We were in town for a wedding in Johnson City, and the location was perfect. Such a cute and welcoming place to stay! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ethyl's Place is rustic, but cozy and comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys staying at places with interesting historic backgrounds.

Host was wonderful and check in/out was easy. Outdoor patio has a grill and has a nice size yard that is fenced in. There is a brewery right down the street and many options for food within a mile.

We loved this place! The Hostess was fantastic, communicative, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and happy. The home was spotless, and very comfortable. We were on the last three days of a trip from The panhandle to Big Bend to Fredericksburg, and Ethyls Place was the nicest place we stayed the whole trip. Quiet, but easy to get to, and Blanco is a wonderful town. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

What an amazing home! It is beautiful and filled with so many fun pieces. It is super convenient to the Buggy Museum, lavender farm, downtown, etc. The host, Deb, is so thoughtful and wonderful to work with. We can't wait to go back!

We absolutely adored our stay at Ethyl’s Place! You can really tell how much love and dedication went into the home. We really enjoyed each thoughtful flourish and that Deb kept the beautiful history intact. It’s a fantastic property and we are so grateful that Deb shares it with others. It’s truly a delight! I cant come up with enough superlatives for the cottage, and Deb the owner. Everything about Ethyl’s Place is so well thought out and vibrates with the loving time, energy and creativity that was put into restoring this valuable little piece of Blanco History. You will have a sweet special time at Ethyl’s Place!
