Denna moderna villa står på ett unikt läge och kan vara värd för dina mest minnesvärda semester! Njut av privatliv, en fantastisk utsikt och simma på gångavstånd (100m)! Perfekt för familjesemester, par och grupper av vänner.
Villan ligger på en sluttad fastighet som erbjuder panoramautsikt över Agios Andreas bukt och Joniska öarna (Zakynthos och Kefallonia). Det är omgivet av gröna områden och integrerat i miljön så att gästerna kan njuta av integritet, koppla av och titta på några av de mest imponerande solnedgångarna.
Partiet är direkt anslutet till huvudvägen och erbjuder två parkeringsplatser, en på den övre och en på lägre nivå (för 2 och 1 fordon i enlighet därmed). Villan tillhör en grupp av två semestervillor inom samma parti, vardera en med egen trädgård och ingång.
Villan består av ett vardagsrum med öppen planlösning, dubbelsäng och matsal och ett fullt utrustat kök, 2 sovrum och ett stort badrum på golvplanen samt ett sovrum med eget badrum på översta våningen . Varje bottenvåning (sovrum och kök) har tillgång till egen privat uteplats.
Huvudutrymmet i huset är utrustat med en fungerande öppen spis och det finns en uppvärmning samt luftkonditionering.
Det finns trådlöst höghastighetsinternet tillgängligt utan extra kostnad.
Vardagsrummet är förenat med det främsta utomhusutrymmet genom ett system med vikbara öppningar som utnyttjar panoramautsikt över fastigheten.

Perfektes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus und die gesamte Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Es gibt ein sehr gepflegten Garten und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir kennen die Gegend schon seit vielen Jahren und es ist mit Sicherheit eines der schönsten Ecken auf dem Peloponnes. Die Besitzerin und Ihre Eltern war super hilfsbereit und nett. Vielen Dank nochmals. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Rundherum wachsen Oliven- und Zitronenbäume und es blühen Blumen. Das Haus besitzt Terrassen in alle Himmelsrichtungen, so dass man je nach Sonnenstand und Windrichtung immer ein Plätzchen findet. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir wurden von Chrissy freundlich empfangen, die uns dankenswerterweise auch schon einige Getränke, Obst und ein Brot besorgt hatte. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist ein Badebucht und zwei Cafés/Restaurants (als wir da waren am Wochenende Musikbeschallung), sonst nur Ferienhäuser. Zwei kleine Supermärkte (frisches Weißbrot erst ab 9.00 Uhr) sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ein Traumblick und wunderbare Atmosphäre

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Haus mit toller Atmosphäre und sehr gemütlichen Betten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall und der Vermieter war fast ebenso schnell an der Klinik wie wir und hat unterstützt und sich unglaublich aufmerksam gekümmert. Die frischen Feigen jeden Tag, der Blick von der Terrasse und der ganze Garten - wir werden ihn vermissen. Es gibt mehrere Terrrassen und wunderschöne Sitz- und Leseorte im Garten. Am Wochenende schwingt im Sommer etwas Discolife ans Haus. Ist aber nur in einem Schlafzimmer bei offenen Fenster zu hören und wenn man nicht ganz empfindlich ist, dann stört es auch nicht. Wir würden wiederkommen. Die Tage haben uns dort gut getan. Danke für Trauben, Pflaumen und Wein. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter.

Super Quartier

Tolle Unterkunft, die genau die Sonnenuntergänge überm Meer bietet, die die Photos versprechen. Ein wenig touristische Region, in der man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Tolle weite Strände, für die man aber etwas fahren muss, genauso wie kleine Badebuchten direkt vor der Haustür oder nebenan. Tolle Restaurants am Strand mit frischem Fisch. Olympia mit individueller Führung, die uns von Chrysi vermittelt wurde, ein absolutes Highlight. Genauso wie die Wanderungen zu diversen Wasserfällen und Klöstern in den Bergschluchten. Eine wunderbare Region und ein tolles Feriendomizil, das wir jeden Tag genossen haben.

Beautiful home in Katakolo!

This was a perfect base for visiting Ancient Olympia while enjoying the beach and sunsets as well. Our hosts stocked the house with some starter supplies and the lemon, orange and grapefruit trees were a bonus! Check in and out was very easy. Relaxing and watching sunsets from the deck was just what we were after. Thank you Chrysi and family!

Lovely view and garden

The property was lovely with a beautiful sea view. The beach was a bit further away than we expected, but had a sandy beach and easy entry points. The hosts were gracious and stocked the refrigerator with wine, beer, water, and fresh fruit.

Luxurious and stylish villa with great views

We had a great stay in Chrysi´s villa. The house is exactly as shown and described: modern and very well equipped. The view on the ionic sea is really impressive with spectacular sun dawns. Reception by Costas and his wife was very warm. He would help with all Information required and simply show up if needed. The serviced beach just a few steps below the villa is small but well maintained. The Hotel Vrionitis has a nice restaurant with good food, very friendly service and beautiful views on the sea. We were in Katakolo in the 2nd week of September. Although it is a Harbour for gigantic cruise ships, due to the Covid 19 situation the village was almost empty and many places, especially shops, already had closed. We really enjoyed our stay a lot and thank Costa and his family for their hospitality.

Our Fantastic Holiday

The house was great, providing many of the household basics not often found in rental properties, and the host was very helpful during the holiday. The location was perfect for us, as it was 5 mins walk to a lovely beach which provided perfect swimming. The view from the terrace is amazing, and we saw beautiful sunsets there every night.

A lovely villa in a beautiful location with wonderful views.

We rented the Villa Chrysi because we wanted to have a family holiday near to our Greek relatives who live nearby and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The Villa Chrysi is a modern, well designed and well equipped villa in a beautiful peaceful location with wonderful views across the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos. The sunsets were unforgettable! The property is surrounded by olive trees and several lemon and orange trees. There were brightly coloured bougainvilleas and jasmine bushes growing on the terrace and the air was full of the scent of their blossom. There are numerous beautiful beaches in the area including the beach at Ahios Andreas which is about 5 minutes walk away. The pretty little port of Katakolo is only about 5 minutes drive away or we could walk along the track from the house that winds it’s peaceful way along the top of the hill through through olive groves and small fields. The walk to Katakolo takes about 35 minutes and is well worth it and there are numerous excellent tavernas and cafes along the harbour front to enjoy when you arrive. We also enjoyed several pleasant walks through the vineyards to nearby villages. Chrysi and her parents were charming, friendly and helpful hosts and summary we could not have chosen a more perfect location for our holiday. We have many happy memories of our stay at the Villa Chrysi and will return!

Une terrasse et un jardin inoubliables

Une belle maison moderne et très agréable, mais surtout un cadre d'exception, avec des couchers de soleil de toute beauté. La plage est accessible à pied, les équipements sont conformes aux descriptions; Un bon camp de base pour visiter Olympie et de belles plages environnantes. Un accueil très chaleureux avec des conseils utiles par des hotes qui parlent plusieurs langues dont le français.

Lovely property in a coastal setting

When we booked this place, we thought it would be isolated. When we arrived we found that it was in a lovely setting, but close to everything we needed. Katakolo is the cruise ship port for visitors to Olympia, so has many restaurants and gift shops, as well as supermarkets and other necessities. We had an enjoyable relaxing stay, with meals on the front balcony. The hosts were perfect, leaving us generous supplies. The house is very comfortable and spacious, well designed and decorated. There is a downstairs double bedroom, while children can have the 2 single beds on the mezzanine, with a separate bathroom. Only wished we could stay longer. Allow yourselves time to relax.

Beautiful property, amazing hosts

The house is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures suggest, with a lovely lawn around and a beautiful view of the sea and sunset over the family's olive grove. The beach is a short walk (less than 5 min) down the hill. The town and harbour is less than a 5 minute drive away. The house itself is great: spacious, comfortable and with amenities like A/C and an espresso machine. Chrysa was very friendly, stocking the kitchen with some food to get us started, and her father (who lives nearby) was also available to answer questions, suggest restaurants, etc. We had an amazing stay. I really can't recommend this property enough.
