Situated in a secure building with 24-hour security, you'll have access to fantastic amenities, including a sizable pool and a state-of-the-art gym. Guests at our property enjoy access to all building facilities, including swimming pools and a gym using the provided access cards. Beyond the building's amenities, Belgravia 2 is surrounded by lush parks and offers proximity to various sports facilities, providing residents with ample opportunities for outdoor activities and recreational pursuits. Whether it's a leisurely stroll in the nearby parks or engaging in sports at the facilities, the neighborhood offers a diverse range of options for an active and well-balanced lifestyle.
Belgravia 2 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) offers a vibrant neighborhood with a mix of residential and recreational spaces. Situated in the heart of Dubai, this location provides convenient access to key attractions. Downtown Dubai, home to the iconic Burj Khalifa, is approximately 20 minutes away by car. The vibrant Dubai Marina, known for its waterfront promenade, is a short 15-minute drive. Jumeirah Beach is within a 20-minute radius, offering a relaxing escape. Additionally, Belgravia 2 is well-connected to major highways, ensuring quick access to Dubai's business hubs and entertainment districts. Explore the nearby amenities, parks, and local dining options for a well-rounded living experience.
It's important to note that we have no control over building maintenance work that may temporarily limit access to certain amenities. Typically, these maintenance works occur briefly in the early morning hours and are conducted to ensure the building's upkeep. Such activity is not in our control and therefore cannot be the term for complaint or refund.
1) This property is a licensed holiday home. Please inform of your expected arrival time to arrange a smooth check-in.
2) Check-in is after 3 PM (15:00), check-out is before 11 AM (11:00).
Kindly note that early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability on the day. If the apartment will be available and cleaning team will prepare it earlier, you will be welcome to check-in earlier. If you want to guarantee an early morning check-in (or late night check-in), please book from the day before.
3) Copies of passport or national ID of all guests must be sent via Airbnb or email at least 24 hours prior to arrival to register in accordance with UAE and Dubai Tourism (DCTM) laws. Upon arrival guests must also show their passports to concierge and host. For security reasons, only the number of people indicated in the booking will be allowed to check-in.
4) Security deposit is required when you book.
5) Smoking is strictly forbidden. A non-negotiable penalty of 500 AED will be charged to rectify the smell if evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment.
6) It is your responsibility to follow residential rules in common areas, such as: lobby, outdoor pool, parking, beach, etc. You must not cause problems or discomfort to other residents during your stay. Strictly no parties or loud music, alcohol or drugs consumption, staying naked or inappropriately dressed in common areas. Breaking any of these rules will cause report to security and the police and lead to an immediate check-out from the property with no refund. This cannot be the term for complaints and refunds from our side.
7) Garbage bags should be taken out to trash disposal pipe located on your floor.
8) In case of maintenance issues (leakage, breakage, etc) inside the apartment you need to report to the host immediately via Airbnb or messengers. The guest gives the permission for maintenance team or property management person(s) to have the access to the property at any time for inspection or resolving the maintenance problem. Our obligation is to resolve any problem or provide you same category apartment within two working days after receiving the notification. In this case any complaints or refund requests are not applicable. Otherwise the appropriate agreement should be reached between two parties.
9) Free parking lot can be provided subject to availability, please request in advance.
10) Loss of keys, access cards or parking card will result in a 170 AED replacement charge, which should be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from your deposit.
11) No pets allowed.
12) Please treat this home as you would your own. Excessive mess/damage to the property will result in a deduction from the security deposit to cover cleaning and maintenance fees.
