This cozy 3 Bedroom/2 Bath oceanfront condo will accommodate 9 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 Pyramid Bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on the top in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the view from the 3rd floor oceanfront balcony with access off the living room and master bedroom!

This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, new OLED TV's with firesticks in each bedroom and the living room, LVP & tile flooring throughout, new furniture (including mattresses as of 2024) in all 3 bedrooms, a garden tub in the master bath and rain shower heads in both bathrooms. Free wireless internet and and coin operated laundry is available onsite for your convenience.

Spinnaker is located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is conveniently close to Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet! The on-site amenities include a outdoor oceanfront pool, sundeck, outdoor shower, grill facilities, locked lobby, 2 car parking across the street and elevators.

The original property had an AC problem that rendered it unusable however the local North Beach Realty agent was great at getting us another property that was close by promptly got us settled in another unit. Very happy with North Beach Realty.

The property was beautiful, in the perfect neighborhood and amazing beach view. It was large enough that my family had their own space and privacy. The property was stocked with everything you could need. The walk to the beach was short and easy for our kids. It was the perfect beach vacation for us!

Pros:Excellent location right on beachPlenty of space and seatingCloser full of beach gear (chairs, toys, boogey boards)Cons:Clean on surface, but it was not as clean as expected when considering the hefty cleaning fee.WiFi info was incorrect and even after contacting office we never received valid login credentials.

Condo needs a major deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry to this condo the floors were dirty (sand, dirt, food, paci on the floor, etc). We have stayed in this building before so we knew we liked the location. But honestly wouldn’t stay in this condo again until it’s thoroughly cleaned and the HVAC ducts are cleaned. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for 10 minutes. Went to play a game that was in the bunk room closet and the box was covered with mold on the inside. We took a photo just in case. For having to pay the cleaning fee and then having to clean it ourselves was upsetting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It has been nicely updated recently, everything is in working condition. Downside is that it only has two bathrooms for a three bedroom condo. We would like the cleaning company to do a little better but we would definitely rent it again.
