Our home comfortably sleeps 6-8 Guests! Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating. BBQ grill, comfy mattresses, quality bedding, keyless entry, easy check-in. Short Drive to Orlando and local natural springs.

3 Bedrooms with 2 Full Size Bathrooms. Queen air mattress with bedding provided for guests 7 & 8. The property meets very high cleaning & sanitation standards. All common areas will comfortably seat your group, especially with our Custom Dining Set. Our Patio Area includes a beautiful Saltwater Pool with water features.

This gorgeous property is newly listed on VRBO. We love creating a Home-Away-From-Home Experience for our guests with special touches that make our property feel like a "real home" and less of a short-term rental property. We also maintain impeccable cleaning and sanitation standards. The bedrooms are so cozy and beautifully designed. You will feel right at home! Both guest bedrooms have full/Queen size beds. The master bedroom is complete with a King bed. All bedding is high quality with clean crisp sheets and pillow cases. Extra blankets are provided. There is a work/study area off the kitchen that looks out the window overlooking the pool area. A computer is not provided, but Wi-Fi is available with guest password instructions provided upon check-in.

The property is just 45 minutes drive from main attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, yet 5 minutes away from Florida's hidden local treasures such a Kelly Park/Rock Springs. You can rent an inner tube at rock springs tube rentals or bring your own tube! Don't forget to check out trendy downtown Mount Dora near us! This darling town is known for its small town southern charm, annual festivals, antique shops, wine/beer walk, a buffet of tasty dining options! Mount Dora is centered around Lake Dora and offers mountain bike trails, boat rentals, and water sports for all you adventurers.

This path is tranquil in several parts, perfect for picture taking or a swim. It is also very easy for children to navigate & enjoy.
