Welcome to this gorgeous single level home located in close proximity to many attraction and theme parks: Walt Disney world, Universal studios, Lego land Florida, Kennedy space center, Island H2O. Driving distance to coco beach. House is located in Champions gate community. It is a fantastic guarded and gated community with many amenities to suit everyone in the family.

The residence offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. Master bedroom is large and spacious with its own private full bathroom. Bedroom#2 is spacious with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are furnished with a full bed size and a twin size bed in each room. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

The house features a covered heated pool and spa along with plenty of outdoor patio space for relaxing and enjoying the Sun and warm FL weather.
The house has washer and dryer for convenience. Full kitchen equipped with latest appliances. Tv. Wi-Fi. Pets allowed. Bathtub. Cleaning products. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body soap. Hangers. Essentials (towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper) central air conditioning. Smoke alarm. Fire extinguisher. First aid kit. Hot water kettle. Coffee maker. Toaster. Blender. BBQ grill. Great spacious home! Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Only con we had was the dryer didn’t dry efficiently. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Thanksgiving family time

Perfect location and spacious home. We made a traditional Thanksgiving meal in the open kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The corner lot allowed the sun to brighten our days; the hot tub and pool were great for post golf relaxation. While we are a small family now and didn’t use the two creatively decorated children’s rooms, they would bring smiles to princess and minion fans! Thanks Ana for your prompt responses!

Great Place at a Great Location

A terrific home at Champions Gate, provided our family with everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained and when we did have a maintenance issue (the battery in the smoke alarm needed to be changed), they were right there to fix it promptly. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a nice, safe, clean family-friendly place to stay.

The place and location were excellent. The pool was heated and very refreshing after a long day at the park. I've stayed at many VRBO's and this was one of the best. The club house was an added bonus. 5 stars plus.

Excellent villa rental

This villa rental was great! Fully equiped. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen and spacious dining room. It was fun hanging out on the patio. The only issue was garbage storage outside was limited and pickup was infrequent.

Excellent house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had great space for our family! The location was a short walk to the Oasis clubhouse and pool, which was fun for all of us. When we didn’t want to walk or drive to clubhouse, the pool and hot tub at the house was perfect! We will definitely stay here again. Both Paula and the management company were very responsive and easy to work with.

Spacious home

Property is well equipped with pots dishes etc beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Very spacious, bigger in person than what it looks like on pics. We opted for the pool heat which was great for the cool nights. Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants very close by.

Clean and spacious home. Thoughtful hostess. A lot of things we didnt expect to find there like paper towel, tin foil, soaps and shampoos in all the 3 bathrooms. Great experience.

My stay

The only thing I didn't like was the shower floors were a little on the slippery side. Needs to have strips on the floor. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

A wonderful respite in ChampionsGate!

Our family spent nine days/eight nights at this property, one of the many we have frequented at ChampionsGate. Though not as large as other properties, it was plenty spacious, well furnished and very tastefully decorated. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Even with some chilly nights, the pool heat allowed us to have some nightly swims! The owners and Management were excellent both in terms of communication in responding to issues. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Spring Break in Florida

We visited for a spring break softball tourney and loved having room for several families and being able to cook breakfast and dinner there. Easy walk to the Oasis club where we did a team dinner. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings ! Unfortunately the pool heater wasn’t working when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the homeowner refunded us some money for this so that was much appreciated! Lots of flexibility on check in and check out - thank you for allowing us to arrive early and stay a little later ! We enjoyed our time and would book again the next time we come to Orlando !

Great place

The place was perfect for us!! Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all attached to them!! Needed one more beach towel and they brought it over right away. Very nice owner and management company. There are pool floats that were left by other guests. We left a few as well. We would definitely stay again. The community pool area was very nice, an fyi…the kids have to be 16 to go without an adult and you need a confirmation of your stay there to show proof. Easy access to airport and Disney.

Let’s just say that when I plan a trip my number one thing that I look for is cleanliness. When I was looking to book this trip I found many places that looked just as nice ( some even bigger and a little cheaper). But after days of reading reviews we narrowed it down to this property and I’m so glad we did. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew this was a clean house. The house had everything you could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying there again.

House was great for our little get away.

This house very much felt like a home away from home.Our family really enjoyed the stay.The house was clean, and filled with update furnishings and decor.Their was games provided which was great, our children seemed to really enjoy these. (Games for all ages). Location was spot on.Our only complaint about the property, would be the pool/hot tub situation.After paying for them to be heated. Either seem to be at the temperature they should have been which meant they were hardly used(as they were quite cold, we were shivering while attempting to use either the pool or hot tub. We spoke with someone about the concern they said they would try to have someone come out(we stayed over Christmas, so I completely understand that may not be practical as everyone has family things going on), we never had any follow up about the situation before check out. I reached out after about it and never recieved a response.It was a lovely home to stay at, I just wouldn’t pay for the hot tub/pool to be heated. As they arnt guaranteed to work. I would save your self the money. Minus that I would recommend staying here.

Good and Bad

The Good....The layout of the house is excellent. We paid for heat for the Pool and hot tub and it was worth it. The beds are very comfortable. Love the Kitchen. The dumpster is close by to take trash too. The Bad...The dumpster is close and by close I mean right next to house. 7:15AM to 7:30AM The trucks back in (beeping sounds) picking up and dumping a new one. When someone blocks the street they have to pick each one up twice, There is loud bang when the drop it. The house had some food/dirt left on the couch and the kitchen counter needed to be clean when we got there. There was a LONG line to get into the neighborhood at check in time. With the QR code you can at least bypass Guard shack. Instructions for this need to be more clear. Had problems with some noisy neighbor young adults at 5:30 am one morning but you probably would have that any where.
