3rd floor, (must climb stairs) perfect for couples, 5 minuets drive from the beach, newly renovated, outdoor pool and indoor pool, close to all main attractions like water sports, golf, mini mall.
The Space:
3rd floor(must climb stairs). Studio with king bed close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall, golf and all attractions.
Guest Access:
Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.
*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.
*No mailbox for this location.
* Small kitchenette area (condiments are not included)
Other Things to Note:
Please review my house rules.
*Must climb stairs.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
