Property was very clean and just as advertised. Great for our family to visit a sibling and still all be together. Will definitely stay again.

The property pictures are very accurate. Clean but minimal. This property owner could make this a much better property if they would get actual sheets and comforter sets that actually match instead of just all mismatched bedding and same for the towels. Otherwise it is very clean and spacious place.

Host cancelled our booking hours before check in without contacting me first. Was nearly to the property and was left without somewhere to stay.

Easy access, very clean, simple setup. Furniture was a little sparse for 6, but we didn’t spend a lot of time at the townhouse- only a space to sleep.

very clean, almost new

Great location and exceptionally clean with easy parking. Renters should be aware that the location is minimally supplied so, plan to bring oven mitts, pans or anything else you may want to use.

Thanksgiving in Iowa City

Lovely condo in a great location near downtown. Very new, still smells new! Lots of space. Layout and bedroom worked perfect for our family. Kitchen needs stocked a bit more in the utensil department. Easy check-in! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place. Recently Updated.

Stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights for a Hawkeye football game. Location was nice. About a 10 minute walk from the edge of downtown and then another 20 or so minutes to the stadium. The furnishings were pretty basic, but the place was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 beds in them. So it works well for a group. Suited our needs just fine and I would stay again if in town for a game.

The townhome was brand new. But could use some decor. Flet cold. The space echoed a lot with normal volume of talking. The furniture and beds all need to ungraded. The couch was oddly small and the table chairs were all broken because they were aluminum. The location was fine...but lots of college parties around. IBut the place was clean and new. So that was great.

Great location, brand new, needs a bigger couch

First the good! The location is great! Walking distance to restaurants and shops and much of the university. The place is brand new--fresh and unlived in. And immaculate! So clean! Lots of space! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious kitchen, and large living area...with a tiny little couch. Now the not-so-good. The pictures made the couch appear bigger than it was. It sits three adults snuggly. And there is no other place to sit comfortably. Two hard stools and 4 hard dining room chairs. If there had been an area rug on the floor perhaps it would have worked--grab a few pillows from the beds and lounge on the floor, but alas, only hard floors in the living area. I think the owners are probably going to slowly add furnishing as they can... perhaps? It would not cost a lot to make this place homey. A couple of easy chairs from a local thrift store would have done wonders for increasing the comfort level. Also if you are going to do any cooking, the plates and cookware are bargain basement stuff. And the pillows, sheets, and blankets also economy. So in sum, at first glance a BEAUTIFUL and impressive-looking place that is in a terrific location if you want to be close to downtown. But when you live in it for a few days (we were there 5 nights) you start longing for the comforts of home. (NOTE. I do not live in a fancy place. Regular house. Regular furnishings. I was not looking for upscale. This place just needs more regular comfortable furnishings.)
