Set on a private estate in a National Park deep in the beautiful Dordogne. Vive le Vert offers a serene getaway devoted to celebrating nature for the whole family. Nestled amidst lush greenery and picturesque landscapes, our gĂźtes provide an immersive experience where guests can reconnect with the natural world and the perfect base to discover the Dordogne.
From the moment you arrive, youâll be enveloped by the sights, sounds, and scents of the countryside. Whether itâs waking up to the gentle chirping of birds or stargazing under the vast, clear skies whilst serenaded by Owls. Every moment here is an opportunity to appreciate the beauty and tranquillity of nature.
Guests are encouraged to explore the surrounding area, whether itâs through walks along winding paths, leisurely bike rides, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, or after a day out, simply enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool in the peaceful ambiance of our gardens.
Two beautiful gĂźtes to choose from:- âFauneâ & Floreâ, each boast charming exteriors adorned with rustic stone walls and wooden shutters. Nestled amidst lush foliage and the colourful canvas of natureâs splendour, both gĂźtes offer sunbeds for basking in the sunlight and the opportunity for a refreshing dip in the pool whenever desired. Indulge in sports on the lawn, outdoor dining on the terrace, or ignite the barbecue for a delightful evening, and unwind to the melodies of chirping birds at sunset, accompanied by a glass of wine and locally crafted cheese.

Weâre Vincent & Paul, a Dutch/English couple that had a chance meeting in Sydney Australia many years ago. We decided on our 25th anniversary together to leave The Netherlands and move to The Dordogne, this region of France is stunningly beautiful and full to the brim with nature, has outstanding food, wine, culture and history.

Every little detail about Vive le Vert has been made with friends, love, warmth and honesty so together with all the nature, peace and tranquility it offers, we hope youâre just as thrilled as we are about our holiday haven.
