The bungalow is clean, well decorated, and well stocked. It’s a beautiful little house and the perfect place to experience the Houston Heights.

We did not use the kitchen, but from what I could tell, it was completely stocked with whatever you would need. The beds were extremely comfortable. Really good vicinity for what our purposes were. Everybody loved the stay and we will totally go back since my son lives in Houston. Thank you so much.

Great location. Sasha was very flexible and responsive to our needs. Kitchen was well equipped (except we could not find a bottle opener - but it had everything else we needed and more). Very simple 4 room house, but beautiful neighborhood. Tried to extend our stay - but it was already booked by someone else.

Wonderful house. Beautifully decorated. Clean. Well appointed facilities. Generous provisions. Easy to reach restaurants, grocers, pharmacies, etc. Street construction on Heights Blvd, Yale St. and Studewood between I-10 and Washington Ave made getting around a little more challenging, however this was not caused by the host!

Calm cozy bungalow

This house was in an excellent location. The beds were super comfortable, and all of the amenities in the house were great to have. The fridge was stocked with sodas. Lots of coffee to choose from. Clean linens, hot shower and great air conditioning.

Adorable Heights Bungalow

Lovely bungalow in the heart of the Heights. Loved the decor and the beautiful architectural details of this home. The owner is very responsive and kind. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The perfect location

This is our 5th stay, so that says it all. Plenty of room, a pretty and functional kitchen, room to entertain local friends in a nice living room and dining room, pretty back yard, large bathroom with tub and shower, comfortable king sized bed.

Great hosts! Beautiful home in historic neighborhood.

One of best rentals we have experienced. Despite a miscommunication on the cleaning upon arrival, Sasha and Adrian were excellent hosts! Great communication and prompt property management. Home has all comforts we needed. It was important for us to be able to cook at the home and kitchen was well stocked to accomodate our needs. Highly recommend.

Why stay anywhere else

The house, patio & yard, and neighborhood was just perfect. Family of 4 and our 2 dogs. We had everything we needed and will be staying here any time we come into town.

Great location and clean home

Great location to move around Houston. House was clean though locks/doors need some work. Always comfortable On weekends it can get a little noisy with night clubs in the area.
