Relax on the patio overlooking the Golf Course or take a short walk to Kierland Commons for fine dining and upscale shopping. Unit is spacious and furnished with stylish decor and fine art! Fully stocked kitchen and with eat in dining area. Comfortable beds and linens for that good nights sleep. Other amenities include garage parking, full laundry in unit, and pool access!

Truly a luxury getaway for any traveler. The moment you drive through the gate you will feel right at home in this lush complex that is meticulously maintained.
Located in the Kierland area of North Scottsdale the property is walking distance to Westin Kierland Resort, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter. There is plenty to do within a close proximity and the home is an ideal location for the top Scottsdale events like Barrett Jackson and WM Phoenix Open.
Property underwent extensive updates and remodel in 2024. These updates include fresh paint, new flooring, and new fixtures. The home is stylish and comfortable and a great place to kick back . Views to the golf course from multiple areas make for a scenic setting.
Gated Complex features pool area with BBQ and spa and walking paths throughout. Gym access is also available and gym includes cardio machines as well as weights.
Guest access
Guests have entire unit to themselves. There is no shared spaces here.
Fully gated community- Guests will have access to driving and walking gates as well as pool area.
Please note garage is two car garage but guests will only have access to one stall for duration of stay. Guest parking is available in complex.
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking anywhere in unit or on patio.
$2000 fine applies for any signs of smoking .
Not a party house! No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Neighbors must be respected at all times.
