Since we have outfitted our home for our family and rent only a couple weeks each year, it is fully stocked with top end linens, kitchen supplies, and other amenities. With 3 king beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, this fantastic property is perfect for a group getaway. The two separate upstairs is ideal for multiple families. One is in the front of the house sharing a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bathroom and sun deck and one in the back of the house with a king bedroom that has a day bed and trundle bed and a twin bedroom next to it, which has a playhouse twin bed that is just begging for your littles to build a fort that is space just for them.The main floor master bedroom has a King bed and a day bed and trundle as well as a private en suite bathroom.

The common areas are also delightful. There is a sunroom, living room with a fireplace, dining room with a large table for big gatherings (there is a folding table and extra chairs in the closet), and big kitchen that is fully stocked. There is also a large mudroom/laundry room that houses all the beach towels and extras that you bring with you.

The 2 stall garage has lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cabana, small tables, sand toys, floats, coolers, 4 adult bikes, 2 kayaks and a gas grill. The driveway can accommodate several cars and a boat.

The home is fully stocked and furnished for family since we rent only a limited number of weeks each year. There are plenty of games for the family as well as books and puzzles.
