Enjoy televisions in both the bedroom and living room, a well-appointed kitchen, and a grill on the back patio. Wake up early and embark on your boat, ready for the upcoming fishing tournament.

This ground-level unit offers direct access to the lake, featuring a lovely screened-in sunroom and a cozy dining table for two. It's the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to grill dinner while admiring the view. Situated off Nichols Road in Osage Beach, it's conveniently close to boat rentals and a marina. The master bedroom and sofa both fitted with queen-size comfort, complemented with laundry facilities in the condo and a kitchen equipped for your basic culinary needs. It's especially suitable for guests with boats, offering easy access to a boat ramp, slip and trailer parking. Enjoy high-speed internet and two smart TVs for entertainment. Harbor Pointe Condos also features a charming pool with a lake view and ample sun loungers, and a tennis court for guests—remember to bring your racket!

Guests have full use of the entire unit, including access to the clubhouse, pool, and tennis court. Should you bring your watercraft, a boat slip is available for rent at \$25 per day, with a maximum charge of \$100. You may use the boat ramp on the property and take advantage of the onsite trailer parking.

This condominium offers a tranquil retreat in a charming cove, just off the main channel. Adjacent to it is a marina featuring a gas dock and boat rental services. Conveniently located off the same exit as the hospital, it's a mere 3-minute journey from the town center. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Navigating the condominium is straightforward. Your designated parking spot is in the front row, marked E 104. If you have an additional vehicle, please use the visitor parking in the upper lot. Inside the condo, you'll find two parking permits to display on your dashboard throughout your stay. The tennis court and pool are accessible without a key card or code. Bracelets provided in the condo should be worn when using these amenities to indicate that you are a valued guest at Harbor Pointe.

Quiet time should be respected from the hours of 11pm-7am. Our neighbors appreciate this as well! This is a quiet and family-friendly area.

Smoking in the property will result in an automatic $300 fine.

Parking accommodates two vehicles and one trailer. License plate numbers must be provided if parking a trailer.

Parties are not hosted at this rental, approved guests only.

Fireworks are not allowed

Checking out any later than 10:15AM will result in a $100 fine, unless prior purchase of a late check out already occurred. Please be sure to report any damages to our property managers immediately.
