The room was very clean. Some of our party like using a drip coffee maker and the description said to bring pods. This unit had a coffee maker to accommodate both drip and pods which was nice! It has been years since we stayed on this end of the beach. We were delighted with how quiet and convenient it was to shopping. It rained much of our trip, but the room was a nice place to relax and get some much needed rest. We left a day early because of a hurricane coming and we were refunded for our last night. A lot of hosts are not as understanding, so we greatly appreciate this. We will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The communication with the renter was fantastic and was always willing to help with any questions I had. The condo was clean, spacious, and very inviting! This was my first time in Florida and this place made the stay even better. My family and I loved every minute!

Great place to spend your vacation

We love this condo!

We have stayed in this unit several times and we always enjoy it. It is very spacious and has everything we need. The location is great and it's family oriented. We plan to come back again next year.

Family Getaway

Great little getaway for my family. The condo was just perfect for our family- my husband &myself, my 2 adult daughters & theirs boyfriends, and my mother in law. Plenty of beds for everyone and enough bathrooms that we weren’t always waiting on someone...

What you see is what you get!

Very nice condo! We had 9 people total and it was fine for us. It was nice that 2 bedrooms had the ocean view. The kitchen was a bit on the small side, but it suited it's purpose and had all the cooking utensils needed. The condo is located on the quieter side of PCB and getting around took some time, but it was worth it. Our hostess, Wanda, was great and communication was always quick and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much!

Trip of a lifetime with my sisters and my 88 year old parents!

This unit is great! Comfy beds, cold AC, beautiful view! Wanda is great to respond to questions and keep you appraised of any issues that might come up. This was a wonderful trip!

Beautiful views

Condo was perfect for 2 families since 2 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and balcony access. The condo was clean and everything on premises was well kept. Very pleased.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. Check-in was easy. We originally planned for 8, but ended up with our family of 4, with 2 being young adults. Mornings were coffee on the balcony watching the waves and pelicans drifting in the water. Pool and beach the rest of the day. 3 bathrooms made it a breeze for us to get ready quickly. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were quick to answer, and offer help with any concerns.Would definitely book again with these owners when in Panama City Beach!

Condo is beautiful with a great view

Been staying at the Watercrest for years. This condo is one of the nicest. The decor is great and they supply many extras like beach towels and beach chair rental. The mattresses could be better and need to be replaced soon. The renovation at the Watercrest is complete and the new floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms is wonderful! I would stay here again.

I am glad you enjoyed our condo. Regarding my mattresses, they are only four years old and were very highly rated, top quality mattresses. Even the twins were over $700 per set! They are firm, so perhaps you just prefer a softer mattress? I'm sorry you didn't find them comfortable. I am guessing it's just an individual preference but I can assure you, they are not old, nor were they a low quality.

Relaxing

This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TV’s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The bedroom TV’s are new since 2019 and standard bedroom 32 inch TV’s. The den TV is new and much larger, as pictured. All furniture in den and dining rooms replaced since 2019. It is exactly as pictured, so there are no surprises!

Another great stay at this condo!

This is at least the 6th time we have stayed at this condo and in this unit. The unit is spacious and so is the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We also grill on the outside charcoal grills that are on the floor level. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we have to email or text the condo owner they respond promptly. We plan to stay at this unit again next year.

Great Place!

Great location, great views and great condo! We were here for the USFA World Series for Softball so location was great. Loved that there was no parking garage actually, made it pretty simple. Elevators were never a problem although the elevator for floors 1-6 didn’t work while we were there but it was ok. I love this condo and I would def stay here again! My only small complaint was none of us liked the trash compactor but that’s personal preference, we just didn’t like opening and closing the door every time! Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, lots of room. Great place!!

Fall Break

This is a wonderful condo. Excellent location in quiet portion of beach. Not a busy beach so plenty of shells to find! Close to gorgeous St. Andrew State Park where we did my daughter’s senior pics! Felt very safe in the condo area and neighborhood area. Security visible at all times. No big parking garages to hassle with! Elevators never bogged down and always very short wait! Great restaurants in the area! Excellent communication with owner! Would rent again!!

Overall experience was good. The noise was so loud because of construction from about 8 till 4 or so you couldn’t the balcony. And even inside the noise was annoying. Was a disappointment that our dishwasher was not working.

I am sorry about the noise and the dishwasher. I didn’t know the dishwasher was out or I would have had it repaired for sure! If you had told me there was construction noise (also didn’t know) I could have tried to work something out (I have other units in different complexes). I didn’t know there would be any noise during your stay. I make ever effort to warn people when I know about things like that. Wanda
