Beautiful home with fully stocked kitchen, back yard and deck were well used, the lake view was spectacular.Only one complaint one shower stall upstairs was very small, but with many other options we worked it out.Thank you for letting us borrow your home.

Toilets never worked properly. Could use one more bathroom. WiFi kept beeping and had to unplug

Great property..

We had friends gathering at this exsellent property and we had so much fun.The host was helpful and so nice.Property is in very good location.Frozen lake at this time of the year and their jakuzzi in order we had such great time!

Annual Dad Golf Trip

This property was an absolute marvel. The intricate craftsmanship of the home enhanced the already breathtaking views and ambiance of the place. We comfortably accommodated ten adults, and there was still ample space for more!I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a truly exceptional experience.

Owner very responsive. House was very comfortable for our family group of 15. The buoy for our pontoon boat held very well. We appreciated the sound insulation allowing people to enjoy various wake ups and bedtimes. We're interested to stay again in 2026.

Had a fantastic week with a group of 16 golf buddies on an annual outing. The house was more than enough room for all of us. Kitchen was great for group meals. The fire pit looking out at the lake was our favorite spot and we spent hours there each evening catching up and sharing some laughs. Grahame was very responsive and helpful. One of our best outings ever!

Beautiful home! Grahame was very responsive from beginning to end, which made the experience all the better. Our family vacations every year together and we were all impressed with the home, the amenities, the location and the surrounding pine trees on the property. On my first morning walk, I did indeed hear the pines whispering.We used the fire pit on a few occasions and it was stocked with wood, fire starters and lighters. The wood was covered so it stayed nice and dry. Very thoughtful touch!Our group really enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks. Higgins Lake is very peaceful in the morning and at dusk which makes each of these activities easy to do and very relaxing on the water.We rented a boat offsite and used the provided mooring near the dock. It was perfect for what we needed. Finally, the deck at the end of the boardwalk has been expanded and fit our group perfectly. You may not see this in the older pictures, but it was a welcome surprise!We hope to be able to come back in the future to experience this magnificent place again and again.Thank you, Grahame!

Absolutely incredible. Our group of 11 had the BEST time ever here. What a beautiful place on the water, so much space, so many amenities. Grahame is an incredible, kind and extremely helpful host. Highly recommend!!!!!!
