Dunedin Blue Bird Bungalow

This cozy and charming Dunedin bungalow is perfectly located. In half a block awaits the Pinellas Trail, and a few blocks more brings you to the water! This home is located in the City of Dunedin , the home to Honeymoon Island. Only a block from the Toronto Blue Jays stadium less than a mile to delicious restaurants, quaint shops, parks, and downtown fun. With a comfy couch, large screen TV, outdoor patio with chairs, and a gas grill, beach essentials, there is something here for everyone!
The space
A newly updated two bedroom, one bath house! Hardwood floors throughout and large windows that welcome in lots of natural light! Walk in the front door to an open living room that leads right into the kitchen. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail on our front or back patio!

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the main house.
We just ask guests not to access the room off of the laundry room. We use that for storage. Thank you!

Other Notes:
We are a pet friendly home, but do require a $200 pet fee. It does require our cleaners to spend extra time deep cleaning from pets, so please be respectful of the fee. If it is discovered that you do bring pets, but have not paid the deposit, we will charge an additional $300 for cleaning after check out.

Great location. House well laid out and comfortable and convenient taking out our dog. Extra beach items we forgot to bring (chairs, umbrella, etc.) came in very handy! Would stay again when in Dunedin.

Great little place

It's a cute little house with everything you need! Great location, high-quality comfortable mattresses, and as a bonus the host left beach supplies for us to use. As parents traveling with children, we especially appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar!

Wonderful break

We were here for 2 days and it was a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and was so convenient to everything we did. The host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioning and hot shower. Host responded quickly to my questions and concern about the WI-FI (unfortunately, while trying to watch TV it would cut out and it was very frustrating trying to watch our shows). Also, having to create/login to an Amazon account was taxing.

Overall a nice little place. Location was great, communication super prompt, and the house was clean. Just a suggestion - it'd be nice to have more mirrors. The bathroom was the only room with a mirror, which made getting ready a little harder if you're sharing the bathroom with anyone.

Underwhelmed. We wanted to love it but it's a surface-cute home. A partial flip that needs some deep cleaning and investment. The living spaces were clean. The lights, back patio, laundry area, upholstered furniture were definitely not. 3 major appliances stopped working while we were there. We were there for a month, so everything became obvious. Good location to get many places, especially the baseball stadium. Would not stay again.

Hi Tammy, so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. Yes, we do not have TV's in either of the bedrooms, but that is stated in the listing and also by detailed photos of the bedrooms that you can view before you book our place. I am sorry the lighting was not enough, but we do provide ample lighting in each room with lamps and overhead ceiling fans. Our nightly rate is generated by VRBO based on comps in the area and the amenities we provide at our house. Our house was also newly renovated as well.

Dunedin, Florida is one of my favorite places! I love how this town is small and local and that there are so many things to do! It is a great place to relax, and to enjoy the many beaches.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our property is unique because it is located within walking distance to many things and a short drive to town and beaches. Our property was recently updated, so it has new flooring, new paint, new furniture, etc. The large windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and the patio in the back provides a place to hangout in the evenings.
