Wristbands are required to access the numerous community amenities. You must pre-register all guests and vehicles with the community at least 3 days prior to your stay and there is a flat $35 guest registration fee. The maximum number of guests is 8 INCLUDING infants and toddlers.

Indoor Areas:
This 1,400 sq. ft. home is designed for comfort and connection. The main floor offers a cozy living room that flows into the kitchen and dining area - perfect for gathering, cooking, and enjoying springtime moments with loved ones.

The main-floor bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer single-level living, offering a plush king-size bed that promises restful nights sleep. The nearby main bathroom provides both privacy and accessibility.

Upstairs, a second living room doubles as a hangout space, perfect for family movie nights or game sessions. Sink into the oversized bean bags while watching your favorite shows on the 42" Smart TV, or choose from a selection of classic board games for a fun-filled evening. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, adding to the inviting and cozy atmosphere.

The two upstairs bedrooms offer peaceful retreats after a day of adventure, each equipped with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage. One of these rooms also features a work desk, making it easy to stay connected if needed.

Indoor Fireplace:
Our indoor fireplace is the perfect spot to warm up. Enjoy the crackling fire and inviting glow while you relax with loved ones, sip hot cocoa, or unwind after a day of adventure. We provide firewood for our guests convenience.

Climate Control:
*For summer reservations: one ductless unit in the loft to keep common areas cool and no individual units in the bedrooms.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and soak in the natural beauty all around you. The spacious deck is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with easy access from the kitchen for effortless outdoor dining. Fire up the charcoal grill for a family barbecue, surrounded by fresh spring air and vibrant scenery.

Outdoor Fire Pit:
As the day winds down, gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. With Adirondack chairs and additional seating provided, there’s room for everyone to join in the fun, and we’ve got the firewood ready for you.

Private Hot Tub:
For those seeking relaxation, the outdoor hot tub is a perfect springtime retreat. Soak in the warm, bubbling water as you take in the peaceful sights and sounds of nature coming to life. Whether enjoying a quiet moment alone or unwinding with loved ones, the hot tub is sure to be a highlight of your stay.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
