This newly built townhome is designed to host family, friends, and fans with comfort and ease, located just minutes from Auburn University, Tiger Town Shopping Center, downtown dining, and more. With space for up to 10 guests, a nostalgic game room, and thoughtful touches throughout, itâs the perfect place to gather for a football weekend or a relaxing getaway.
The living room sets the tone with plenty of seating and a 65-inch smart TV. Guests can easily log into their favorite appsâwhether youâre catching the pre-game, hosting movie night, or just winding down after exploring Auburn.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for both quick breakfasts and big group dinners, with modern appliances, cookware, and two coffee options: a classic drip coffee maker and a Keurig with starter pods. Gather at the large dining table, which seats everyone together comfortably.

* Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed and a 43-inch smart HDTV.

Outside, youâll be in a quiet neighborhood near the Auburn airport, close to everything by car. During football season, take advantage of the Tiger Transit game day shuttle, located just a short walk away at Duck Samford Park.
