Everything was clean. Check in was easy. It was so nice to have the pool, beach, a coffee shop, and an ice cream shop all right there on the resort. View was beautiful of the ocean! We had a great time! We plan on coming back for sure!

It was a very nice well equipped rental. One thing to know, there’s not a lot of restaurants or grocery stores in the area, so you might wanna plan accordingly. There were two restaurants in the facility and a pool Grill. The facility itself was very nice. It was a little cool and raining so we didn’t stay out on the beach, but we did walk it every day.

The condo and building were great. Condo was clean and as described. The amenities at the property were great. The only downside during high tide there is no beach. It still is a beautiful view just something to be aware of. Would return in the future.

Outstanding condo.... beautifully decorated and had all conveniences. The owner answered all questions immediately and was very accommodating. The weather was great and shells, rocks and sharks teeth were plentiful. I discovered the Pirate restaurant bar which is located on site.

We had a wonderful time staying here over Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and very "homey". The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. We enjoyed using the comfortable chairs on the porch and were happy there are 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom for our 3 children. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This beach condo was fantastic! The view of the ocean was incredible—we spent so much time just enjoying the scenery from the balcony. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The coffee shop on site was a great way to start the day. The only minor downside for us was that the master bed was very firm, but that's a personal preference. Overall, a great stay!"

Condo well equipped. Stayed during a time when tides were high so very little beach to walk on. Didn’t realize they were so many buildings to block the full ocean view.Nice to have restaurants on site that you could walk to. Everyone very friendly.

St Regis Resort is by far the best place to vacation at the beach!! Our condo had everything we needed and was so private with an amazing view of the ocean! Communicating with the host was super easy and quick. The condo is super clean and the perfect size for our family of 6..(4 adults and 2 kiddos). Highly recommend this resort and condo.

The 2nd we used the dishwasher, it leaked. We didn’t realized it leaked until we stepped on kitchen rug & it was soaking wet. We didn’t use it any more. In the living area, shortly after we arrived, a strip fell off the vertical blinds when attempted to open. The left door under the sink in the 2nd bathroom fell off. We put it back, but it’s hanging on by a thread. The bathroom in the master bedroom was not in very clean condition, hair all on sink & shower stall. We are 2 ladies in our 70’s & are respectful of other people’s property. Overall, we had a good time, but thought you needed to know about these problems.

I make myself readily available to guests specifically so issues like this can be resolved promptly and appropriately. We have never received a three-star review because other guests have communicated concerns at the time they occurred, giving us the opportunity to correct them right away. All of my contact information was clearly provided, and had you reached out, I would have taken immediate action to resolve these matters. Leaving a lower rating for issues that were never communicated during your stay is frustrating, especially when they could likely have been corrected within minutes. Nevertheless, I appreciate you staying with us and am glad you were still able to enjoy your visit overall.
