Welcome to your coastal oasis! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in the heart of Los Barriles, on the bottom floor of a two-story residence. Enjoy the convenience of enclosed parking and a brand new pool! The beach is just a 4-minute drive or a 12-minute stroll away. You are only minutes away from the seasonal Saturday market at Laguna Park. Work remotely with Starlink internet. Embrace comfort and adventure in this charming vacation rental. This home also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, a full house water filtration system to ensure that you have clean and refreshing water and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The front or back patio is a great place to eat, relax or entertain guests.

Guests have access to the enclosed parking and the bottom floor of the home. The owners come and go from the second floor residence.
We live and work in Los Barriles. We are happy to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
Sitting above downtown Los Barriles with access to the Saturday Market and downtown. Some may prefer to use an atv to get around town. The neighborhood is dirt roads and mixed use with locals and vacationers. Walking distance to Cafe Maria and a small tienda (store).
We recommend renting an ATV for your time to fully take advantage of all the area has to offer!
Always keep gates and fence doors CLOSED. The livestock are free range here and will make a feast in the yard. They also love the garbage cans and can make quite a mess!!
Please ALWAYS turn the AC off or set it to 30 when you are not in the house.
