Welcome to LIFE Bucerías 519, by Bay Property & Rentals. Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area. This brand-new studio has a queen-size bed, a 43" Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower, and a balcony with an ocean view to enjoy the incredible sunsets and the breeze of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchenette and bathroom countertops are finished in granite and the kitchenette is equipped with a small electric stove, a microwave oven, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and all the cooking basics. All guests have access to the pool and jacuzzi area, the gym, and the snack bar on the 1st floor of the building. The on-site Concierge Team will be available during your stay. The atmosphere surrounding LIFE Bucerías reflects the local scene: a relaxed and friendly beach paradise perfect to experience the magic of the colorful streets, the traditional casitas, the famous Art Walk, local craft markets, and numerous 5-star restaurants. Add all these to a beautiful 5-mile-long beach to live the perfect getaway in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit. Bucerías is a small fishing town just half an hour north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The Golden Zone is a picturesque area that is easy to explore while walking or riding a bicycle and is perfect for admiring the colors, flavors, and charm of Bucerías. LIFE Bucerias is near "Riviera Nayarit" Boulevard, where you can catch public transportation during the day. Lock off unit in the middle of Bucerias

As advertised, the condo is a studio suite on the top floor of Life Bucerias. As a lock off studio, it is small but in a quiet corner of the building. The building is minutes walking time from the reason to be in Bucerias, the beautiful beach and an umbrella and two chairs are provided. Centrally located, you can easily walk to the grocery store or restaurants of Centro. Miguel from Bay Properties was very gracious in allowing us to securely store our luggage as we arrived at 10AM and were not scheduled to check in until 3PM. He then contacted us by noon indicating the unit was ready for us. Much appreciated.There were a couple of items in the listing that we found to be lacking. There are no laundry facilities in the unit or building for guest usage. Fortunately there is a laundromat next door providing same or next day service. The photos show two pools on the property but only the first floor pool is accessible. If you are not going to the beach, limited seating around the main pool area does fill early. That being said, it is a quiet area to sit in the evening.
