Hunting dogs during duck season will be permitted with prior arrangement and are limited to the garage only and must be kept in a kennel when unsupervised and on a leash at all other times.

I am from the UK but lived most of my life in Texas working in Oil and Gas. I have spent many trips fishing and socializing in POC and I love the area. I am an avid saltwater fly fisherman and wanted to share the house I built for my family and I with other people.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love Espiritu Santo Bay Resort for its location off Adams Ave. Port O Connor isn't known for having the best roads especially when towing a boat. I love being close to the center of town with Speedy Stop and Cathy's being a stones throw away plus I could build what I wanted on my lot. It's quiet and gets a good breeze all year around and it's only a minute or so from all the boat ramps. I enjoy watching the traffic run down the ICW from the back yard or from the upstairs rooms.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I designed and built this house personally. I wanted to prove to myself I could build a house having never built a house. It is designed to withstand 150mph winds. The layout is perfect for 6 adults in separate beds or two couples with their kids who want to enjoy time on the water and bring their boat. For the tournament fishermen, you can leave your truck and boat hooked up and prep for tournament day while everything is safe and secure in the garage, or you can open both front and back garage doors and get a wonderful breeze, all while sheltering from the hot sun. Utilize the boat wash deck at the rear of the house to clean up after a day of fishing or use the area to relax outside in the evenings.
