Guest Access:
Guests will receive a unique smart lock code, which will be activated 20 minutes prior to check-in time for a smooth, contactless arrival.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, game room, and all indoor/outdoor spaces.

You’ll also enjoy complete access to Terra Verde Resort’s amenities, including the clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, tiki bar, and more.

🚗 Important Community Vehicle Registration Info ‼️
Please note: In accordance with updated HOA guidelines, there is now a $25 vehicle registration fee per car, required for entry into the community. This fee is collected directly by the HOA during the check-in process at the clubhouse.

To accommodate this change, we have removed the resort fee from your booking total.

To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must provide the full name and vehicle details of each driver in advance. Upon arrival, you’ll be directed to the clubhouse to complete the registration and pay the vehicle fee.

🐾 Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! A pet fee applies, and we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring your dog(s).

🌡️ A/C Guidelines:
To avoid freezing the system and ensure consistent cooling, please keep the thermostat set to 72°F or higher during your stay.

🗑️ Trash Disposal:
All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bin provided.
