With 4 cozy bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed, this amazing property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your comfort. Fall in love with Oregon and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This property is right next to Muamee bay State Park and Eagles Landing golf course. There's a bike path 100 ft away that leads to South Shore park (great for sunsets), Pearson Metro Park, and of course Maumee bay State Park. There's also a great restaurant (Oregon Inn) just 100ft away. Downtown Toledo is a 15 minute drive. The driveway is 130 ft long and there is a boat ramp a mile away. There is also a guest house that is also on here for rent that shares the 2 lane driveway and yard

Shad was a great communicator, and check-in was pretty smooth. The house had lots of beds, so it would be suitable for a pretty big group! The bedrooms are all on the east side of the house, so there is a lot of morning light (so bring an eye mask if you plan on sleeping in). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the bed was comfortable. We had a great stay!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed during our visit. Close to the lake and state park. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice & hot. Very happy with this property, the location, and host.

The property was located very close to Lake Erie and really presents well as a warmer weather rental due to that proximity. Ideal for two families. There were eight of us and two dogs, and we slept at either ends of the shotgun style house. Quiet area and we used DoorDash to bring us necessities.

Just out of town!

The house was perfect. The 4 bedrooms were great for our kid to have their own space. The two bathrooms were a plus. There was a front porch where you can read a check out the water. It’s a good location and not far from downtown. We would definitely go back if we decided to come to Toledo

Great location

Great location minutes from Magee Marsh in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect if traveling with kids. House was spacious and kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a coffee pot. Nice size bedrooms however the front bedroom with a queen bed didn't have a door or anything for privacy. Same bedroom the window faced east letting in alot of sunlight early morning. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The Nest

Place was nice and in great neighborhood, the lighting is not that great and the AC would not cool past 70 so we were very warm at nights as we were gone during the day.

The property was nice and clean with access to the lake (although not directly). We thought there should be a key to the cellar but that is an easy fix. The property was well kept. Parking on the property was available for people staying there. (One dedicated parking space.) Many bedrooms which be good for a family. The lower score is due to the cellar having no lock.

For the most part this property served us very well. (Four adult males on a golf vacation) . I don’t agree with calling the room off the living room a bedroom. No door. Just shrink the opening and add a door or a sliding barn door. My communication with Shad was quick and easy. In all we enjoyed our stay at the nest.
