Like the headline states, it's a super modest 1 bed 1 bath apartment located 15 mins outside of Downtown ATX with easy access to 183 and I35. Living room TV with most streaming services, Smart TV in the Master bedroom, full kitchen, granite countertops, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and Cable included. 24/7 Gym access, Community Pool, Dog Park. Not worth it

TLDR- roaches in the house We booked this place because it was down the street from my house and we planned on having family stay here for Thanksgiving week. We thought it was perfect because of the price, location, and we needed extra spaces for people and dogs to stay. I also needed the extra kitchen to make food for Thanksgiving. We booked it from Tuesday night to Friday. One person stayed on Tuesday night. Everything was fine because they went late and left early on Wednesday. But the stay on Wednesday night ruined our whole thanksgiving. There were roaches all over the kitchen so cooking there was no longer an option. I told the owner. He was open to putting roach traps and said he’s had the house sprayed for bugs multiple times but they come back. Nobody wanted to stay in the roach house.so nobody stayed through the end of the trip. We were refunded for 1 1/2 nights. Totally not worth it.

ACL Weekend

Ricardo was an enthusiastic and responsice host. He made sure to communicate regularly and always responded in a timely manner. The apartment was as stated, a simple bachalor pad, but it included a lot of amenities like pots and pans, a coffee , really anything you would need . If i come back to Austin I will definetly stay here again.maker and kettle
