Home was in a great location. Close enough to everything but not located in the busy areas. Older neighborhood but quiet. House was very clean. Host very responsive.Also, fantastic Irltalian Restaurant close by for anyone looking for a place to eat.Gianni's Trattoria.

Great Stay

Great stay close to downtown concord

We very much enjoyed our stay! Lauriene was an amazing host! Checked in on us to make sure we made it okay and had helped us with links for the moving process to the area. She was always easily accessible for any questions! We would definitely stay again if we need to visit again before moving.

The property had a few areas that could use some work. Some walls needed repair and painting and most could use cleaning, and the hallway ceiling vent was very dirty with a filter that needed changing. This vent seemed to be a source of dust, which aggravated my allergies. The dryer lint tray was full when we went to use the laundry. The floor felt sticky, likely due to excessive detergent use and inadequate rinsing. The sanitized scent throughout the property was very strong. The remodel seemed cheap and poorly executed (tile not cut correctly for backsplash, flooring not all the way to the wall). While the water pressure was fine and the shower was good, the water heater made a squeaking sound. The master bedroom, which had its own bathroom, had a queen-sized (or was it a full?) bed with a trundle. This wasn’t the best choice for a master bedroom. My wife and I would have preferred to use that room and let the kids share the other bathroom, but the trundle bed was awkward for couples. The bathrooms and linens were clean, although there were no pillowcases for one of the queen beds, and we couldn’t locate them in the house. Overall, the property was clean enough for a one-night stay and met our needs. However, I wouldn’t choose this property again. Others might find it acceptable for the price compared to some other properties in the area.

First off let me just say this, if people would do the right thing this world would be a better place.This house definitely do not represent the pictures that is posted. Checking in was easy and the host provided all information in a timely manner.After checking in of course your first thought is to scan the house, and we did and start to notice minor mishaps holes in the walls and doors not a big deal, however when it was time to go to bed every bed in that house had cinder blocks and pillows under the beds, why not purchase a box spring to support the mattress, and do right by your customers. Being a host you need to know the most important things that matter to us (customers) sleep, sleep and sleep in a comfortable bed if nothing else.We we're in town for a family reunion during the 4th of July weekend and booked this reservation long before, so after considering to move on to a hotel wasn't a option for us being it was very expensive and definitely an inconvenience with a family of seven with two small kids we chose to deal with it and decided to contact Vrbo once we traveled back home.The outcome of this nightmare only got worse.DON'T RENT THIS HOUSE!!! BAD NEIGHBORHOOD AND INCONSIDERATE HOST/ VRBO REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR LISTING

Neighborhood was not the best. House next door was boarded up and cars were racing around during the night. Bed were not comfortable. But host was very responsive.

Very clean home

So the home was as shown in pics. Home was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed. Three bedrooms were comfortable and one room needed a new mattress which the host said she would look into. About 11pm we (girls) were playing cards and heard gun shots. Possibly normal for cities as we are all from the country and weren’t sure . During the day neighborhood seemed fine but night time just lock yourself in. Great location for getting to town activities.

Clean and nice inside the house

House was in not such a good neighborhood. The internet did not work. The cost for the cleaning was way to high. There needs to be more adequate seats. Hard for everyone to find a place to sit. It is very nice and clean on the inside of the house.

Responsive Host / Just the Right Size for Us

Great, responsive host. Always replied quickly to my messages. The house was just the right size for our family. Rooms were just as expected and shown online.Looks like recently remodeled (seems like a lot of that is going on in this neighborhood). Nice choices of fixtures, tile, flooring, etc. My only "complaint" would be that there is a bit of maintenance/upkeep need. Kitchen faucet was very loose, as were both of the toilets. Beds were comfortable.

We traveled from out of state with family and friends, only to be completely ignored by the host on the day of check-in. No arrival instructions were provided, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response. The host’s lack of communication and responsibility left our group scrambling at the last minute to find alternative accommodations. If you’re planning to stay in the area, I strongly recommend choosing a different home rental.
