Detta lilla rustika hus har massor av charm. En stor bakgÄrd ger en rolig plats för barnen att leka och ha den speciella lÀgerelden med smores. Utomhus och inomhus spel tillhandahÄlls. Stora trÀd och en trÀdgÄrdsdamm fylld med guldfisk och en fontÀn gör att man gÄr runt om i huset en behandling för alla. Njut av gungstolar eller bÀnkar inuti skÀrmade verandor. Alltid lagrad med kaffe, varm choklad, frukostmackor, popcorn, kalla drycker och generella kryddor för matlagning. Mycket vÀl uppvÀrmd och kyld för logi Äret runt. Det finns bÄt ramper vid ingÄngen till samhÀllet vid Duck Cove Rd. Av 751. Detta Àr nÀrmaste tilltrÀde till sjön. Stort fiske vid tvÄ nÀra parker, Tawakoni State Park och Red Park. Om du inte har en bÄt kan du hyra en pÄ marinorna strax utanför Hwy 751 eller vid sjön Tawakani utanför Hwy 276. Vi kan erbjuda kajaker, kanot och fiske poler pÄ begÀran.

Came in for an overnight stay during a bass tournament. Was able to park boat next door behind locked gate. People were nice. Overall pretty clean.we were there just long enough to rest before tournament.

Nice trip

Definitely older and rustic but close to the lake and what we were looking for. Ben was a gracious and attentive host that made are stay that much more enjoyable.

Scenic and Great Getaway

Weekend stay was perfect for breaking away from society with family and spend time grilling, games, and outdoors! Ben was great on recommending activites and making sure we had everything needed! Highly recommend!

Comfy and Cozy

Stayed here with four teenage girls for a birthday slumber party. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean. The kids had a good time and there were a lot of games available for them to play. The neighhood was quiet and felt safe. The owner was very nice and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank You 😊

Great Little Spot With FISHING!

We had a great time. Ben is a great host. Lots of games, indoor and outdoor available for all ages. TV and internet both work great. Will definitely book here again.

Nice house

The house simple, but very cozy and has everything you need for living. We loved nature there, especially birds songs. The big tree provides shade and comfortable temperature in and near the house.

Relaxing getaway

We had a relaxing couple of days here - enjoyed the games, Frisbee by the lake, fire pit etc. The owner has definitely made updates in most of the rooms but not all. If it's chilly, be prepared that one restroom is off the front porch (but has a heater in it). The upper deck above the house was a treat for the kids.

Great little house

Had a great time, house was perfect! no its nothing fancy which was perfect as we spent most of our time on the lake or in the back yard. house had everything needed to make our stay e joyable without having to bring our whole kitchen of go to the store to buy stuff. to top it all off Ben was amazing! called the morning of with the instructions and a list of things to do on or near the lake! also had a great selection of DVDs to watch

It was big enough for family and friends but small enough that it did not require to much maintenance. Has a great HOA that looks out for everyone's home. Nice neighbors I can contact at anytime. Private park for family & guests to use.

Large trees that cover house and screened in porches with rocking bench and chairs allow you to unwind in peace or go to sleep on the large hammock. A large fire pit with chairs around it in backyard for grilling hot dogs or smores makes for special moments.
