The buildingâs amenities include panoramic views from the roof top deck to watch the sunsets on the bay or the weekly summertime fireworks on the boardwalk. Take advantage of the oceanfront, heated pool, kiddie pool or the hot tub spa. Pool area also features landscaped patio, gas grill, outside shower and bathroom. The unit is accessible by elevator and comes with two reserved, covered parking spaces. You are only minutes away from the World Renowned Wildwood Boardwalk by car or trolley or a nice healthy walk. Walk onto two ocean front balconies from the living roomâs floor to ceiling patio sliders. The open concept plan has a living room with flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The large dining room has seating for 8 or more. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven and more.
