We provide a digital air fryer, toaster, blender, Keurig k-cup coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, crock-pot, dishes, bowls, pots and pans, spices, cooking oils, and much more!

- Apartment comes with NEW central heating and air conditioner along with Google Nest thermostat that controls temperature for the unit.

- Guests can park up to 2 cars on the left side of the driveway. Guests can store their bicycle(s) inside the garage.

- Mail and packages can be delivered directly to this address. Packages are left by the front door.

Monthly Stay:
- Monthly stays or longer are welcome.
- Copies of government photo ID(s) or passport(s) required for each guests for extended stay. Guest(s) are required to be the same person(s) throughout the duration of their stay.
- Necessities are provided as a starter. Guests are responsible for replenishing according to their needs.
