The home has a dining and living room area as soon as you enter the home. There are two bedrooms down a hallway to the left of the front door. Both rooms have a queen size bed and a large closet. The bathroom is located in the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The hallway then opens into a large game room. The game room consists of another living area with an x-box, a ping pong table, a table for playing cards, and a basketball hoop game.*

*To access the home, you will need to first open a garage door. Enter and immediately to the right there is a door to the deck. You will follow along the deck to the stairs that are located on the right side. You will then go down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs there is a glass entry door to the apartment. You will then put in the code on the door handle and can enter the home.*

-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.

**The owners are located above and guests. Guests do NOT have access:
-garage parking
-upper deck
-hot tub
-trampoline
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
