Welcome to Casa Colibri, a modern and unique 5-bdr/4.5ba apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Laureles. The place is located in a quiet street with no traffic, yet very close to main roads, making it a convenient base to enjoy and explore the city. Step into a remodeled, beautifully designed space offering a blend of comfort and convenience with laminate flooring. Relax and enjoy the tranquility from the big green terrace with BBQ and views over the mountain range or from inside the hot tub.
Casa Colibri has around 160 sqm (1,722 sqft) and awaits you with:
1. 5 modern bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms - all newly remodeled and with natural light (3 bedrooms with private bathroom, one social bathroom and a toilet on the terrace). 2 bedrooms additionally have a private balcony.
2. Spacious outside terrace with lots of colorful and tropical plants, a BBQ and a hammock. A place to relax, meditate, work or having a great time with friends.
3. Patio with big 6-person hot tub to unwind and chill out
4. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals
5. Espresso machine and French press for different coffee tastes
6. Very fast WiFi - 500 Mbs for remote work
7. 43-inch, 4k television with free Nexflix for entertainment in each bedroom
8. Desk & comfy chair in each bedroom for getting work done
9. Spacious safe in each bedroom, that can fit your MacBook and other valuables
10. Laundry area with modern washing + drying machine and ironing board
11. Full blackout curtains in the bedrooms for a restful sleep
12. Modern portable fans in each room
13. New beds, mattresses, sheets and towels
14. 24/7 hot water
15. Free water from our water dispenser (in case you don't like tap water)

The price includes all utilities and cleaning once a week (if your stay is longer than a week. For stays less than a week we cover all cleaning costs after your stay). Additional cleaning service is available upon request.
My co-host Andreas and me are available all week long in case you need anything. We enjoy making your stay the best possible and will provide you with an extensive guidebook about the area and Medellin.

We chose the neighborhood of Laureles because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and authentic MedellĂn charm. Unlike the more touristy Poblado, Laureles gives you a real feel for the city, with a more laid-back vibe and a strong sense of local culture. Our apartment is located on a quiet dead-end street, keeping it peaceful and free from noise, while still being well connected to the rest of the city. If you want to explore Poblado or other areas, the highway is nearby for easy access via taxi or car. If you prefer going by public transport the next metro station is also just a couple minutes by foot away. The apartment is also close to Parques del RĂo, as well as many cafes, restaurants, and the vibrant bar and nightlife scene of the "La 70" street, all within walking distance.
