Coin-operated washer and dryer available. Slop sink in laundry area. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property., No Pets. 2 Adults Max Only. Nearby Downtown Ocala, World Equestrian Center, HITS Post Time Farm, Florida Aquatic Swim Training, Aquatic Center Ocala, Rainbow Springs, Silver Springs, Canyons Zip Line, & tubing.
For your security we have lighting on entire property. Surveillance: Carport, both driveways all outside only entrance doors into home, outdoor property total coverage of front, rear and side yard property along with patio and all outside only common grounds.

1: Garbage is to be put in outside receptacle daily
2: Rooms, Entrance door to unit is to be kept closed at all times
3: Gate to rear yard needs to be kept closed for everyone's privacy.
4: No smoking or vaping anywhere on property
5: Clothing optional (Clothes free) in enclosed rear yard only.
6: Room is set for One (1) PERSON ONLY
7: Must shower before using Hot Tub. Return cover on Hot Tub when finish using.
8: No Glass of any type Allowed in Rear Yard Glasses-Bottles- Dishes-Bowls
9: Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
10: Noise: Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
11: NO Pets: Guests should not bring any pets inside or outside a listing that is designated as “no pets” in the house rules
12: Cleanliness Rooms: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains floors, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
13: Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
14: Tampering with security devices: Guests may not disconnect or otherwise obscure any permissible and properly disclosed security devices.
15: Access of personal property other than your own: Any areas containing personal or confidential information are off limits to guests.
16: Disrespecting the reservation agreement: Guests must abide by the rules set by Hosts for each reservation. This includes but is not limited to: check-in and checkout times; number of guests; permissibility of pets, smoking, or commercial film/photography; and other Host rules agreed upon at the time of booking. Guests should also return any keys as agreed upon by both parties and promptly communicate with the Host if issues come up.
17: Disrespecting surrounding communities: During their stay or Experience, guests must respect the surrounding community and its rules. This includes but is not limited to: designated parking locations and, number of cars allowed.
18: Wildlife & Insects
We have a beautiful country setting, with a native habitat for all manner of wildlife and insects. We conduct regular pest control and inspections, can't guarantee you won't see an insect or two inside, we try to keep them out, but they're persistent "buggers". We do not give refunds for insects found on our property. Please help keep insects out by: keeping the doors and windows closed, cleaning up all spills especialy sweet spills which attract insects. Remove garbage daily.
~We expect our guests to uphold certain standards and be considerate and respectful of their Hosts, Hosts’ neighbors, and any other community members they may meet.
