You don’t even have to be inside this house to start to feel “vacation mode” set in. A large upstairs deck that runs the length of the home is the perfect place to catch those cooling coastal breezes and enjoy the partial views of the intracoastal waterway.

The open galley kitchen with breakfast bar makes it the perfect place to prepare the catch of the day while enjoying the company of family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances.

The dining area has a table with seating for four, and the adjacent breakfast bar can accommodate up to four more.

A spacious living room with sectional couch and big screen TV is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the sun. There are plenty of toys for the little ones, and board games as well.

Bright and cheery, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bath with a dual shower-head tub/ shower combo. There’s another flat screen TV in here, and a walk-in closet as well.

Continuing through the home, you’ll find the laundry room, making this perfect for extended stays! Across from the laundry room is the second bath, also with a tub/ shower combo.

Bedroom #2 is the bunk room. Here we have two sets of twin over twin bunks making this the perfect place for all the kids! There’s even a flat screen TV for them!

Bedroom #3 is decorated in soothing blues and greens and offers it’s own access to the expansive deck. With a queen bed, large closet and flat screen TV, this is the ideal spot for a great night’s rest.

Outside the home you will find plenty of parking underneath the house, enough for several vehicles and your boat! There’s also an outdoor lounge area, complete with flatscreen TV and dart board. Use the grill to cook up something fun, then sit down to enjoy it at the outdoor teak dining set!
