Promenade is the ONLY Shores condo building with an elevator. Each bedroom is a spacious king suite, providing you with the ultimate in rest and privacy. You are just steps away from the luxurious Sky Deck. The owners also purchased 3-bdrm Primo Lagoon Retreat 100 on Promenade's main floor. Both Dreamy Lagoon 304 and Primo Lagoon Retreat 100 are completely outfitted for an ideal vacation experience!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kidâs crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in moviesâwhere you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoonâare just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. Promo codes will be emailed out 48 hrs after booking with a list of our 13 different partners!
There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.
