Surrounded by tropical landscaping for a charming appeal, this classic Florida waterfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is beautifully positioned on Amberjack Creek for a peaceful and private getaway. Offering accommodations for up to 6 guests, and a private pool with optional electric heat.
Open the front door to an inviting living room with a seating area, flat screen TV, and abundant natural light. The dining room offers a table for six, and sliders to the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen features breakfast bar for two, and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! Adjoining the kitchen is a family room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to watch the big games or enjoy your movie nights! A set of sliders welcome you to the sun-room with floor-to-ceiling sliders providing panoramic views of the lush scenery outside, perfect to sit back, and relax, allowing for a true Florida indoor/outdoor living experience!
Enjoy a “siesta” in the outdoor hammock, or make some S’mores by the fire pit after a fun-filled day at the beach! The home's highly desired split floor plan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary bedroom is a welcome retreat with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders with access to the sun-room area. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Need an additional office space while you vacation with us?
