Located less than a 10 minute walk from both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9, this modern condo offers new furnishings, a gas fireplace, in-unit laundry, access to a community hot tub and is just steps away from the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain activities. The living room features a comfortable leather couch, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, plus small appliances like a coffee maker, crockpot, and blender. The dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for casual meals.

The condo’s layout is perfect for families or groups, with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of the unit, providing privacy for all guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, work-from-home desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a queen and full-size bunk bed, a twin bed, and its own TV (streaming only). The second bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, a private entrance, ski and bike storage, and two parking spots. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries. Plus, our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
